Thanks Hebbar ! You make it pretty easy for many of us to try, for people who think the paneer balls might break , it doesn't, make sure you knead paneer well and once there is rolling boil, bring it to medium heat. That will help

hi , I like the way you make your recipes look easy but please when you upload the next recipe do upload the measurments of cups too.
you dont give measurements of cups like how big is the cup.you just show yellow cups which is difficult for us to guess.thnx n good luck.keep cooking n rocking

I cooked chena dics in cooker with a only one whistle on high flame instead of cooking them in kadai....it was quick super easy, and soft as well. Process to cook them in Kadai consumes much time

What should be added in the milk to thick it fastly.I tried milk powder and condensed milk also..But not satisfied with it..
Also please tell me which best essence should be added in the milk other than cardamon.

I tried it but it came out really hard don't why n the measurements of the ingredients are also not mentioned but I will definitely try some other recipes as it's one of my favourites 🤗

I generally like your recipes and your presentation. However for a dish like this you could have added little more important details on the sugar syrup measurements and on the milk curdling where it could go wrong. There would be lot of first timers who would try it out and it would help them. Believe me, this recipe is not as simple as it is depicted in the video!

FOR CHENNA / PANEER:
1 litre milk, full cream cows milk
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup water
FOR SUGAR SYRUP:
1½ cup sugar
8 cups water
FOR RABRI / RABDI:
1 litre milk, full cream cows / buffalo milk
¼ cup sugar
½ tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp saffron milk
7 pistachios, chopped
5 almonds, chopped

But when i put the rassmalai into the water and sugar it may break into it
It should not break. Just be gentle when squeezing the water out of it.
Because cheena requires some sort of binding in form of cornflour or maida to hold its shape in sugar syrup
U wud not need to add cornflour or maida if u prepare ur dough as smooth as butter. One has to make the dough really smooth.
The rabdi need not has to be this thick because the rasmalai will not absorb be able the rabdi.

SORRY!!! YOUR METHOD IS NOT COMPLETELY PERFECT, BECAUSE U ADDED SUGAR REPEATEDLY, AND TOO MUCH SUGARY IS NOT TASTY.
Maam please show how much quantity we should use, in many videos u have not shown quantity..
