-3 cups milk ( Boil milk and refrigerate overnight and then remove malai from milk, then use milk to make rasmalai)
-2 lemon juice
FOR RASMALAI MILK
-1 litre milk
-1/4 cup or as per taste sugar
-10 to 15 chopped pistachio
-10 to 15 chopped almond
-pinch of saffron
-1/4 tsp green cardamom powder
FOR SUGAR SYRUP
-1/2 cup sugar
-4 cup water
FOR SUGAR SYRUP ICE BATH
-3 tbs sugar syrup
-1/2 cup ice cube
