Great review! I'm glad to see Firefly offering complimentary snack service and check-in baggage on their 737 flights :) Previously, they didnt offer that.

Hi there! I believe there will be light refreshments for that route. They usually provide cookies, peanuts and a bottle of water. But for the longer trips, I believe they do have hot food options for purchase.
FYI beginning Oct 2023 the service had gone downhill, daily flight rescheduled and delay, difficult to contact customer service, wired charges incurred during check in basically it looks like a scam airline, was a reliable airline prior !
be warned, firefly just changed our departure date and time without any notice, our booking was for August 10 at 10:15am, suddenly it was changed to August 9 at 7:45pm
@TravelwithYiew airline said the August 10 flight is low occupied, therefore canceled, the airline chat agent said as a courtesy, they changed our departure date to August 9, we can't travel August 9
@@TravelwithYiew no, either take the August 9 or don't go, next available fight is August 12. My family reunion is August 11, that was why we booked August 10. We travel a lot, this is the 1st time such ridiculous thing happened. 1st time booked with firefly because of many YT reviews. We'll do everything we could to zero star firefly, it's my new life mission

July alr started the T2 check in counter so rude never taking this airline only taking Jetstar or AirAsia to Penang
