Great review! I'm glad to see Firefly offering complimentary snack service and check-in baggage on their 737 flights :) Previously, they didnt offer that.

Hi there! I believe there will be light refreshments for that route. They usually provide cookies, peanuts and a bottle of water. But for the longer trips, I believe they do have hot food options for purchase.
Do they allow check in luggage? If yes how many kgs allowed?
Yes. I had 20kg allowance for my ticket.
Why can't I buy seats on their website and can't call their line
Are you departing from Singapore? You need to choose the departure airport as Changi Singapore.

FYI beginning Oct 2023 the service had gone downhill, daily flight rescheduled and delay, difficult to contact customer service, wired charges incurred during check in basically it looks like a scam airline, was a reliable airline prior !

July alr started the T2 check in counter so rude never taking this airline only taking Jetstar or AirAsia to Penang
