If you have a rate under 4, it's free money these days🤷♂️ I've lowered my extra monthly principle payments as inflation and rates went up.
Maybe one of these beauties Peter has is where I park that 🍻
@@LifeAsDane never ever park money in a watch are you living on mars? I have a recast clause in my Wells Fargo mortgage so I can lower my payments when I make a bulk payment and fill some paperwork out to “recast the remaining principle” without paying closing costs. Virtually NO bank does this anymore.
