My goodness I'm so happy I stumbled upon your channel! Last night as I was listening, about less than half way into the video, I told myself this is sooo not gonna work cause I kept moving around and trying to get comfortable 😂 Anyhow, your voice, I couldn't sleep cause I was too focused on the sound of your voice rather than what you were saying, 😊. Your voice is dangerously soothing. I don't know what part of the video I fell asleep on but I woke up at 11:00 am this morning, this is the first time in so many years have I slept so well. I can’t say I didn’t fall asleep during this one but my conscious mind was asleep and my sun conscious wasn’t. But somehow I was still able to think, yet couldn’t move. I had always wondered how sleep felt but I think today was the closest I got to experiencing sleep
That is called the trance state and yes you can experience it even when you are awake. that not being able to move is only because you don´t really want to...its good just as it is 😀🙏💖

Hey there!! Ive been using sleep meditations for a year now. I really like your approach. This one is however by far my favourite. I especially like tbe beginning 10 or 15 mins, with the controlled breathing - but I cannot find more that focus on the breathing side and what you call "calming the body". It would be great if you could do longer versions of this, or point me in the direction of others of this style. If anyone that reads this has any recommendations, be it from this channel or others, also very welcome!!

Thanks Stevie. I really should emphasize how much your videos help, and thank you. I have always had sleeping problems, and meditation has helped me a lot, even to the point of stopping, or radically reducing valium use. I find that the breathing is especially powerful. I really like your approach specifically in this meditation. If you can recommend others like it, be it by you or others, whilst I wait for new ones to come I would appreciate it. I keep this one as one I use in especially hard nights, but it would be good to have more as I do not want to over use this one. It really is a great resource for me but I fear that if I use it too much ill become too accustomed to it and its effectiveness will drop. Thanks again. Much love
PS. Apart from the breathing, I find the periodic eye opening especially good, and the falling stone metaphor. Also, I generally find that a very long inhale, long holding of breath and long exhale really does it for me. You mention this calms the body and then go into calming the mind - I find that the begginning bit does both especially well! It really is amazing! Thanks

Been through so many of these videos, nothing really helps to calm my mind. Sleep only comes when I'm exhausted and even then it's broken and uncomfortable.
Hello and thank you for commenting. Try a couple of things for me please first and then try to listen to my videos again if you don´t mind. Please do not drink coffee or any caffeine drinks a few hours before going to bed this will only make your mind more active instead of calming it down. When listening please let your body and mind go into a calm state..anything that might be going through your head can wait till you wake up in the morning. All of us have issues or thoughts that keep us awake but as mentioned those thoughts can wait and have no priority when trying to find that relaxing,balancing and healing sleep....just relax and the rest will come.....Pleasant Dreams Steviejo 🙏😴

Hello Mr Steviejo , Thank you for sharing these hypnoses. I have a question though, for over a year now I've been waking up at every 2 hrs off the night or day that I sleep. I've been trying for ove a week different videos of yours,I do fall asleep faster with some but I still wake up at every 2 hrs. I even tell my self that I will sleep my whole 8 hrs peacefully. Depression and chronic anxiety is effecting every aspect of my daily life, I'm having treatment I'm seeing a specialist who has put me on medication but at the moment I wake up every morning with intense frightened feelings I feel terrified and I'm shaking also the depression makes me not want to do anything. I force myself to go for walks in nature only if a friend is there lost the confidence to go alone. I'm so desperate to get better I've been like this since April nearly 4 months and it feels like forever. I appreciate your message thankyou and I say that from my heart. Hello Debs, It saddens me to hear what you are going through. 🙁 I don´t know what happened in your life to cause these attacks from April up till now but I am here for you and we will get to the bottom of this together. My opinion is that medication might help you get through a few days and nights but it doesn´t solve the issue that started your anxiety attacks which led you into depression. I do have videos on just that and if you scroll through and listen to a few maybe that will help you sleep better and bring you into a different state of mind. It is good to talk to someone you can trust and get what you are feeling out in the open and then healing can begin. First step is asking for help which you have and the next is facing what has caused this and not let it control your life...I do understand that is easier said than done but it has to be faced only if for a short period then you will start feeling better. Getting out of the house if only for a short time is a wonderful idea . It can cause you to either block those thoughts out for a short period or better is to walk and start to sort them. The mind is a fantastic tool that will heal if we let it. I wish snapping my fingers would make everthing better for you but if you take one day at a time and try seeing the positive in absolutely everything you do and it doesn´t matter what it is then you will see changes very quickly. I hope this helps you and PLEASE keep me updated on how your are coping...You are going through a very dramatic time in your life and I will stand by you for as long as needed..... Steviejo 🙏💓

I've had a few depressions in my life they think it may be due to my mother dying when I was 14 they are saying I've got a chemical imbalance in the brain brought on by trauma at an early age. I'm lacking motivation to do anything everything is a massive effort and the anxiety is terrifying I shake and I'm scared. I'm hoping to have therapy when I'm thinking more clearly. Hello Debs, I understand what it feels like to lose someone you love at an early age especially when that someone was your mother. I lost my Grandfather at 12 and Grandmother at 16 and we were really close. I lived with them up till they passed away. One never forgets the moments that were shared or conversations one had or questions that should of been asked and those questions will be asked just not now. You have a life that needs to be filled with laughter and joy and not worrying or thinking of what was. Please don´t get me wrong it is healthy to keep your mother in your thoughts but you should try to not let it take control of you. I hope you have family or friends that are there for you especially now at this time. Lacking of motivation and tiredness are signs of Mental Exhaustion. Is there anything that you have always wanted to do or try? If yes then go for it because there is nothing holding you back except yourself and we are here together trying to change that. Trauma can be helped not through medication but through therapie that releases the blockage that caused this imbalance. One day at a time....tiny steps will bring you to healing and balance you are so longing for 🙏💓🌞😴

Hello Justine, I would like to say yes you will but we are all different and if you haven´t slept well in a few days you might find yourself sleeping longer than you normally have been. Parents have that built in sensor when their children wake up or cry in the middle of the night we automatically hear that and wake up as well. Naw! I’ve had a lot of success with this type of video and got off to sleep very quickly but this just didn’t work at all for me. I ended up listening to the whole thing and then still being wide awake in bed.

Hello Jenny, Sorry to hear you are having issues relaxing and finding that well balanced sleep. I would like to ask you to try this or any other video once more but this time please do not eat or drink any coffeine drinks including coffee a couple of hours before going to bed to make sure your head can relax because those drinks make you more alert which naturally causes you not to find rest when it is needed. If your brain is fighting with daily issues that are troubling you then please try to put them in a drawer for the night and don´t get them back out till you wake back up and just be in the here and now. Your body and mind need rest to cope better with everyday life and once you try this it will become an everyday thing and you will find that relaxing, balancing and healing sleep you so much deserve......Steviejo 🙏💖😴_

Been through so many of these videos, nothing really helps to calm my mind. Sleep only comes when I'm exhausted and even then it's broken and uncomfortable.
Hello and thank you for commenting. Try a couple of things for me please first and then try to listen to my videos again if you don´t mind. Please do not drink coffee or any caffeine drinks a few hours before going to bed this will only make your mind more active instead of calming it down. When listening please let your body and mind go into a calm state..anything that might be going through your head can wait till you wake up in the morning. All of us have issues or thoughts that keep us awake but as mentioned those thoughts can wait and have no priority when trying to find that relaxing,balancing and healing sleep....just relax and the rest will come.....Pleasant Dreams Steviejo 🙏😴

Hello Mr Steviejo , Thank you for sharing these hypnoses. I have a question though, for over a year now I've been waking up at every 2 hrs off the night or day that I sleep. I've been trying for ove a week different videos of yours,I do fall asleep faster with some but I still wake up at every 2 hrs. I even tell my self that I will sleep my whole 8 hrs peacefully. Depression and chronic anxiety is effecting every aspect of my daily life, I'm having treatment I'm seeing a specialist who has put me on medication but at the moment I wake up every morning with intense frightened feelings I feel terrified and I'm shaking also the depression makes me not want to do anything. I force myself to go for walks in nature only if a friend is there lost the confidence to go alone. I'm so desperate to get better I've been like this since April nearly 4 months and it feels like forever. I appreciate your message thankyou and I say that from my heart. I don´t know what happened in your life to cause these attacks from April up till now but I am here for you and we will get to the bottom of this together.
My opinion is that medication might help you get through a few days and nights but it doesn´t solve the issue that started your anxiety attacks which led you into depression.
I do have videos on just that and if you scroll through and listen to a few maybe that will help you sleep better and bring you into a different state of mind.
It is good to talk to someone you can trust and get what you are feeling out in the open and then healing can begin.
First step is asking for help which you have and the next is facing what has caused this and not let it control your life...I do understand that is easier said than done but it has to be faced only if for a short period then you will start feeling better.
Getting out of the house if only for a short time is a wonderful idea . It can cause you to either block those thoughts out for a short period or better is to walk and start to sort them. The mind is a fantastic tool that will heal if we let it.
I wish snapping my fingers would make everthing better for you but if you take one day at a time and try seeing the positive in absolutely everything you do and it doesn´t matter what it is then you will see changes very quickly.
I hope this helps you and PLEASE keep me updated on how your are coping...You are going through a very dramatic time in your life and I will stand by you for as long as needed..... Steviejo 🙏💓

I understand what it feels like to lose someone you love at an early age especially when that someone was your mother. I lost my Grandfather at 12 and Grandmother at 16 and we were really close. I lived with them up till they passed away. One never forgets the moments that were shared or conversations one had or questions that should of been asked and those questions will be asked just not now.
You have a life that needs to be filled with laughter and joy and not worrying or thinking of what was. Please don´t get me wrong it is healthy to keep your mother in your thoughts but you should try to not let it take control of you.
I hope you have family or friends that are there for you especially now at this time.
Lacking of motivation and tiredness are signs of Mental Exhaustion. Is there anything that you have always wanted to do or try?
If yes then go for it because there is nothing holding you back except yourself and we are here together trying to change that.
Trauma can be helped not through medication but through therapie that releases the blockage that caused this imbalance.
One day at a time....tiny steps will bring you to healing and balance you are so longing for 🙏💓🌞😴

I would like to say yes you will but we are all different and if you haven´t slept well in a few days you might find yourself sleeping longer than you normally have been. Parents have that built in sensor when their children wake up or cry in the middle of the night we automatically hear that and wake up as well. If you want to be sure then pick one of my videos that doesn´t say very strong and then you will be fine...I have plenty to pick from 😊

Sorry to hear you are having issues relaxing and finding that well balanced sleep. I would like to ask you to try this or any other video once more but this time please do not eat or drink any coffeine drinks including coffee a couple of hours before going to bed to make sure your head can relax because those drinks make you more alert which naturally causes you not to find rest when it is needed. If your brain is fighting with daily issues that are troubling you then please try to put them in a drawer for the night and don´t get them back out till you wake back up and just be in the here and now. Your body and mind need rest to cope better with everyday life and once you try this it will become an everyday thing and you will find that relaxing, balancing and healing sleep you so much deserve......Steviejo 🙏💖😴_
