You got a positive affirming subject that you want to learn when you go to sleep say you want to learn geometry, put a lecture on about geometry and when you wake up in the morning your subconscious mind has inculcated that lecture get ready because its going to work on it all day long you will say i dont feel like myself know because now your subconscious is working on that lecture at the same moment taking care of all your business in the moment because your pass and future is right in the moment with your present.
