Tokyo Ravens is a LN adaptation from 2013 of the magic high school fantasy subgenre, except that the magic system is based on onmyoujutsu, a form of traditional Japanese magic that goes back 1000 years in folklore. It's a pretty good show. The ending songs are bangers. If you're going to react to OSTs, I'd recommend "Salva Nos" from the Noir anime OST. It's composed by the absolute legend Yuki Kajiura, who also composed the OSTs for Sword Art Online, Madoka Magica, and Demon Slayer. This is the track that plays whenever there's an intense gunfight in the show.
0:54 singer Kurosaki Maon that performed this opening sadly died February 16th 2023 at the age of 35. Last anime song she performed was ending for anime I was reincarnated as a sword that finished airing 2 months before her death.

I'm sorry to say, but Girls Band Cry doesn't have "weird CGI". Ngl. the CGI in that anime is top tier, it's so natural, could say flawless (but some zoomer is gonna roast me for that).
@@aqua4089 I remember watching first 'seasons' of RWBY, that was like 10 years ago. Yeah, back then it was a funny thing. Then after 4 seasons (4 years) it dramatically improved. CGI in RWBY is similar to that of GBC, except in RWBY there's 10x more action and movement.
I don’t think it’s bad, I just haven’t watched a CGI anime personally. This is a series I’m actually interested in checking out so I might have a completely different out look afterwards

@@MrKapucyn19 Early RWBY was also not ''top of the line'' CGI or anything, it was the equivalent of a buncha kids doing something they liked and gradually getting better at it, not a humongous animation studio that's produced some of the all time greats lol. Volume 3 still the goat, greatest in the series.
@@Villainueva i mean tbh, 2011 was filled with so many Banger shows like we got Madoka Magica, Hunter x Hunter, Steins Gate, Anohana....I can't literally think of a single show I watched from that year that wasn't Incredible! Believe it or not, Tsukihime is actually a part of a larger world called the Nasuverse, which also includes Fate, The Garden of Sinners, and Witch on the Holy Night
If you don't mind playing visual novels, you could start by playing Tsukihime and Fate/Stay Night. Both were recently released in English. (I understand if you don't have time though)

11:18 yes NieR Automata is a very good game, will advise not watching the anime until playing the game's canonical route A-E since from how the series is, there are many differences between the two for a good part of S1 and some of S2. and 15:30 you watched the opening for the Visual Novel Tsukihime, the thing is not an anime but a game which is on Switch and PS4.
I hope you can react to the opening 2 of NieR:Automata by LISA, and in my opinion the game is one of the best games that have ever existed, they have a very good story when you think you have already finished the game you only realize that the real story is just beginning and the music of the game is simply beautiful

ReoNa and Aimer have a higher song likeability, imo). Also a hottake from me: Ado isn't that great as everyone hypes her.

@@Villainueva It’s even more unfortunate as even though the series is highly praised by those who have read/played it, hardly anyone else knows about it. *THIS* is the series that inspired Attack on Titan. Hell, Hajime Isayama himself stated that Attack on Titan is basically a rip off of Muv Luv Alternative, stating it was one of his biggest influences. In all fairness though, a good adaptation of the Muv Luv series is nigh impossible unfortunately due to the way story is written.
