@@nicolaskaito4769 no, almost all ops have full versions. search for them on youtube, most are available around 3 months after the anime airs (at worst)

Really sick reaction and analysis! One quick correction is that with the Parasyte opening, the vocalist uses a vocoder, not auto-tune. It does give off a lot of auto-tune sound, though, even when they perform live! What is pretty neat is that the vocalist has hit notes like that with very little vocoder effect in some of their softer songs, but they do that style a lot
I'm normally not a big fan of it either tbh. Some of their other songs I feel they do a better job mixing it where it's not as hard on the ears, but since this was one of the older songs it's not mixed as well lol. And guitar fx are sick!
DOROHEDORO!!!!!! YES!!!! if you liked the opening for Dorohedoro, you'll absolutely love the endings! they're all by the same group, but each one is it's own slightly different brand of weird. so many strange and creative noises in these tunes... arguably even more interesting than the opening on some of them. seriously, there are six endings total, and they're SO worth checking out. please please please consider it, there's GOLD there.
Absolutely addicted to the channel. Love the analysis with how you go about explaining various aspects of the song. Notice so many things to songs I listened to multiple times.
I wish they used the second half for the ending or something. Or if the 2nd "season" used the 2nd half as the opening. It quite literally explodes with sound after a short rap right after the anime opening fades out. The synth player is a total beast for the entire song's duration, but he absolutely lays it down during that part. OH! NOT TO MENTION the complete NASTY breakdown towards the end.
The second opening of Durarara was always special to me because of how it integrates the "last time on" segments that shows usually have. There's an instrumental section where you'll get supercuts of relevant scenes and dialogue as the music swells, until it reaches a climax and leads back into that powerful chorus.

the opening of Death Note is actually a Visual kei song. Visual Kei a music genre, with its sound usually related to glam rock, punk rock and heavy metal, which started as a movement among Japanese musicians characterized by wearing heavy makeup, elaborate hair styles and flamboyant costumes

Awesome to see you enjoyed Dorohedoro's OP. Very cool, absurd, and otherworldly anime. I would really like to see your reaction to the ending songs too.
I am really happy you reacted to the dorohedoro opening, not only a really amazing opening but the anime/manga is super great too, seriously underrated
I always love waking up in the morning and hearing Re:Re by Asian Kung Fu Generation. It's an opening for Erased, but the full song is important here. There's this minute-long intro that sets the most expansive atmosphere of any song I've ever heard.
I have all of the Fullmetal Alchemist openings AND endings memorized. They're all so good and filled with emotions. I could recommend anime openings and endings for days but honestly, the Fullmetal ones are just SO great. I just like when a show has a variety of bands and styles, though Attack on Titan is definitely an exception.
For me personally, I love that FMAB opening, but FMAB's first opening ("Again" by YUI) is by far my favorite in the series. Especially the full version. There's some really cool parts with the instrumentation.
19:55 the first time listening to this op I was like "this is pretty good I like it" but when this part came in I was like "oh yeah boi I'm adding this on spotify" and almost immediately "oh no it ended"
Great video as always bro. I know you get a ton of recommendations, but all I will say is if you ever listen to the opening for ‘vivy: fluorite eye’s song’ (sing my pleasure), make sure it’s the full version of the song cause compositionally it’s pretty awesome, and you won’t get quite the full feel with just the 90 second version 🤟🏽
I love when people notice the show animation along with the music, please dont hesitate to mention the actual opening cause its very fun seeing how other ppl also enjoy the same style
I love the full version of the opening of Parasyte, the second half it's totally different to the first half used in the anime. I really like Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas.
You know why Deathnote opening 1 is awesome because it's an actual band song that is borrowed, plus 80s 90s and early to mid 2000s is when JRock at the top of Excellency.
I've got to say that you have an amazing hearing to identify the wooden percussion in Death note since it is only a matter of seconds to hear that out. U are becoming my favorite muaic analyst streamer so far.
kinda sad whoever did the recommendations didnt put cha la head cha la in there instead, I feel this and the DBZ ost in general would be right up tony's alley. a lot bass and brass in the original japanese music
I had the pleasure of listening Rookiez is Punk’d live! Everything you described is spot-on. The vocals and harmony just hit me in the feels. They are amazing live and I’m glad you got to Durarara music!
I love the way you break down the layers, and a multi anime opening video? I've been blessed today! Thanks, really love discovering more with you about my favourite songs!
I’d love to see: Blue Exorcist OP - Core pride by Uverworld Konosuba OP 2 - TOMORROW by Machico Spy x Family OP 1 - Mixed Nuts by Official HIGE Dandism And any of the Monogatari Series openings - maybe Platinum Disco or Mousou Express
Yeah, there's a full version for all of these songs. If you did a reaction for the full version of Dragon Ball Super opening 2, I'd totally watch it. It's an awesome and energizing song.
The artist for the opening of Beastars, Yoasobi, is my second favourite artist of all time. all of her songs slap. I 100% recommend you check out some of her other songs. As well as Eve whois my favourite artist of all time. Eve is also a Japanese artist and his songs are incredible.
I feel like I listen to music completely different after watching 10 or so of you past videos actually amazing teaching/explaining abilities to someone with no musical history! hope more anime series come!!!
I’ve been waiting for ur reaction to Uverworld, their instrumental elements are always fascinating to me. Thank you for yr reaction, this op list has all my fav!
Since you liked the instrumental background to Love dramatic, (Love is war Op1) You should definitely watch the second opening, Daddy daddy do which I believe has an even superior vibe in the same genre. Love the videos!
I absolutely love how you break down these songs. Some I’ve never heard before and some I have, but even the ones I’ve heard before I feel like I’m listening to them differently. Like active Vs passive listening. Shout out from the Olympic Peninsula!
I'm such a fan of your videos, especially the multi-anime opening ones, you're so observant! If you haven't already, I recommend listening to Black Clover opening 1, I'm no music expert but I love the bass on it!
Is really exciting to see someone who isn't familiar with the anime world to appreciate all of this anime openings, most of which I've seen. I also think I started to hear the different layers of instruments and is awesome! Thank you
Durarara full song is great, but it syncs up with the visuals so perfectly, makes the whole OP that much better, also FMAB OP 3 might be the worst, but it's still a banger and low key the best, glad you're experiencing these and breaking them down
Thank you for the reaction Tony ! I highly recommend that you check out the full version of Beastars OP 2 (Monster by YOASOBI) because there is more to the song than what is in this short OP version. Very nice to see you exploring the anime music world.
The quality of YOASOBI is just breathtaking. Beastars getting them, Ayase and Lila, to do their intro is sooooo dope. I love YOASOBI's new song that actually is the intro for this new anime Mobile Suit Gundam: The witch from mercury! I really hope YOASOBI gets more popular in, aswell as outside of Japan
i really love the new overlay u put on the images when i look at it i remeber the times i used to watch all these shows and the details on the characters i can see everyone
If you like the "Kaguya-sama, Love is War" OP, they have brought back the singer Masayuki Suzuki for all three of the OPs so far. His music is PERFECT for the show, and all of the songs have been incredible. Would love to see you react to the other two. Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is the highest rated anime of all time. Because it's so we'll known, many anime fans just write FMAB to avoid writing out the entire title... There's a LOT of good music in the series, would love to hear you react to "Again" by Yui.
When I first watched this scene I was in tears. Not even because it was emotional but because I had never seen animation that incredible in my life and the music was amazing
I’d say definitely check out the other two Love Is War openings! I also wanna throw out you should listen to literally anything from the FLCL (pronounced “Fooly Cooly”) soundtrack! Treat yourself to the absolutely kickass songs of the band The Pillows who did the whole soundtrack.
i can't hype up dorohedoro, and it's entire soundtrack, enough. One of the best manga I've read (after friends pestered me to give it a look), and the animation does it justice. The opening gives me real "twisted, gruesome, eerie carnival" vibes with the droning noises and the arpeggio sections, and that honestly fits the show pretty well. The band also made six different end credit songs for the show, too, and each is as good as the last. Def worth checking out an episode or two on a day off, you won't regret it.
The first opening of Durarara!! is amazing, give it a listen! Also You Say Run from My Hero Academia is definitely worth a listen especially the charity version
I really recommend the endings for Panty and Stocking and Kill la Kill. Both of those shows' endings are some of my favorite songs, and I think more people should be exposed to them. Thanks for the reactions
8:52 idk if you were going to refer to psychedelics, but that’s the only time that layered listening comes naturally to me. I didn’t even know there was a term for it until I started watching your videos! I’d love to be able to do it normally, as some songs are just infinitely more interesting when you can hear all the different pieces of them individually. I have a few songs from the Shins that I refuse to listen to sober because I just can’t appreciate them as much. I’d love to be able to work on layered listening now that I know about it, it definitely takes a lot of concentration for me atm tho lol.
I never noticed the whistle in Dorohedoro until you pointed it out and I’ve listened to that song on repeat multiple times! Somehow, I almost felt creeped out, like looking at a photo and suddenly realizing that someone was standing in the background, unnoticed
I knew youd like the kaguya sama opening! It's so funky and just fun to listen to, just like the show. I'd love to see you react to the other two kaguya sama openings as well! It's the same singer for all 3, and that dude is know as Japan's king of love songs lol. His first take version of Daddy daddy do is pretty damn amazing as well in case anyone wants to check it out!
The Parasyte opening is probably my favourite opening of all time. The band who does it, Fear And Loathing In Las Vegas, has one of the most unique sounds in the metalcore scene. Everything they do is fantastic
Enjoyed getting your thoughts on these ones. If you're looking for suggestions, I'd recommend Tower Of God OST. Some specific tracks I'd reccomend are "Irregular God", "Shinsu" and "Berserker Bam" by Kevin Penkin. Very different sounding but some of my favourites.
Oh hell yeah, Tower of God has some of the most unique tracks I have ever heard in anime. Very mystical and entrancing, you get a supernatural but also heroic epic feel by the music, from the very first minute of the show with "Irregular God".

Which one is your favorite? Mine is Period (FMAB OP4)
@@gildedphoenix same
I'm so happy that golden time is being acknowledged. May not be the best of the fmab openings but it's incredibly underrated.
Absolutely in love with the anime opening reactions, and apparently so is everyone else, keep it up!!
I always say we should revisit some of these openings into their full versions.
Someone make a list 😂
Especially for parasyte
@@foir9277 yeah that beatdrop go crazy
Monster(beasters op 2)'s full version is great, though the music video has a huge spoiler right at the end for anyone that hasn't finished the season
Parasyte's intro is one of my favs. I like the autotune, feels like it blends the voice really well with the electric guitar.
Finally! somebody's talking about Vivy!🙌❤️
Yes, big agree here. Incredible soundtrack and original show.
id even throw in the OP/ED and OST of 86 aswell
I love when people notice the show animation along with the music, please dont hesitate to mention the actual opening cause its very fun seeing how other ppl also enjoy the same style
Love this series. I love listening to music, but know absolutely nothing about it - so I like these breakdowns of what makes songs I like good.
I love the full version of the opening of Parasyte, the second half it's totally different to the first half used in the anime. I really like Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas.
Dragon Ball Super Opening 2 is really BANGER also my favorite because the hype in this opening.
Here within 9 hours. Still really like your content! Very honest! Keep it that way
You know why Deathnote opening 1 is awesome because it's an actual band song that is borrowed, plus 80s 90s and early to mid 2000s is when JRock at the top of Excellency.
I see some certified bangers in that list, looking forward to your reaction!
I had the pleasure of listening Rookiez is Punk’d live! Everything you described is spot-on. The vocals and harmony just hit me in the feels. They are amazing live and I’m glad you got to Durarara music!
the other kaguya openings are a must listen too aswell. they are such a groove. full recommend listened to the full versions of the songs too.
I love the way you break down the layers, and a multi anime opening video? I've been blessed today! Thanks, really love discovering more with you about my favourite songs!
The lyrics of Parasyte opening was lit!
its always so interesting to see your reactions to these, and your breakdowns are great too!
Damn, I wish the Parasyte opening is on full. It's such a good song- way too hype for me.
the videogame part near the end goes so damn hard.
my favourite part is the Metall part
Till this day I still can't believe that most of the lyrics are in english
I knew he wouldnt like the autotune tho. Not the best song to rec to him
Eh honestly I feel the op is by far the weakest parasite song especially when compared to next to you and the ending which were both phenomenal
Actually my favorite channel on youtube entertaining, educational, and wholesome W for sure
I’d love to see:
Blue Exorcist OP - Core pride by Uverworld
Konosuba OP 2 - TOMORROW by Machico
Spy x Family OP 1 - Mixed Nuts by Official HIGE Dandism
And any of the Monogatari Series openings - maybe Platinum Disco or Mousou Express
1:33 Onions have layers, Ogres have layers, you get it we both have layers
Yeah, there's a full version for all of these songs. If you did a reaction for the full version of Dragon Ball Super opening 2, I'd totally watch it. It's an awesome and energizing song.
I love watching your videos because it helps me train my ears to hear these specific sounds and frequencies you speak of in your discussion
The Dragon ball super op 2 does indeed have a full version and I absolutely love it, you should definitely react to it
This has to be hands down my favourite video of the anime series yet, great song choices, great analysis, keep it up!!
The artist for the opening of Beastars, Yoasobi, is my second favourite artist of all time. all of her songs slap. I 100% recommend you check out some of her other songs. As well as Eve whois my favourite artist of all time. Eve is also a Japanese artist and his songs are incredible.
YOASOBI is just amazing! Such breathtaking quality honestly
I mean, she literally made a song about unaliving oneself that makes everybody vibe to it.
I feel like I listen to music completely different after watching 10 or so of you past videos actually amazing teaching/explaining abilities to someone with no musical history! hope more anime series come!!!
One thing that I always notice from Japanese rock songs are the creative basslines.
Yes I will recommend Black Clover Op1 and Op3 like this if you like to see his reaction on this op
Is really exciting to see someone who isn't familiar with the anime world to appreciate all of this anime openings, most of which I've seen. I also think I started to hear the different layers of instruments and is awesome! Thank you
Durarara full song is great, but it syncs up with the visuals so perfectly, makes the whole OP that much better, also FMAB OP 3 might be the worst, but it's still a banger and low key the best, glad you're experiencing these and breaking them down
Love listening to your commentary- so refreshing and educational
Thank you for the reaction Tony ! I highly recommend that you check out the full version of Beastars OP 2 (Monster by YOASOBI) because there is more to the song than what is in this short OP version. Very nice to see you exploring the anime music world.
I second this!
Its actually a really great op for Beastars, but I still love the first 1
The quality of YOASOBI is just breathtaking.
About Parasites’ Opening. Fear, and Loathing in Las Vegas is definitely a great band to try out.
the entire fmab and durarara soundtrack is really awesome
i really love the new overlay u put on the images when i look at it i remeber the times i used to watch all these shows and the details on the characters i can see everyone
Love your reactions, thanks sir.
I love it when good stuff is appreciated and not skipped like some people do.
I really want him to react to Vivy opening and opening 2 of 86, ending of Lycoris Recoil also.
Vivy opening is perfect but needs to be the full version for sure
@@lw9182 i found the full version, it's not on UA-cam though
FINALLY another review, you are the only one who reviews these anime openings thoroughly unlike others that are just hearing it just by vibes or hype.
I really recommend the endings for Panty and Stocking and Kill la Kill. Both of those shows' endings are some of my favorite songs, and I think more people should be exposed to them. Thanks for the reactions
I'd say OP 2 for KLK as well, love that one
PnS ending "Fallen Angel" is amazinnngg
8:52 idk if you were going to refer to psychedelics, but that’s the only time that layered listening comes naturally to me. I didn’t even know there was a term for it until I started watching your videos!
I’d love to be able to do it normally, as some songs are just infinitely more interesting when you can hear all the different pieces of them individually. I have a few songs from the Shins that I refuse to listen to sober because I just can’t appreciate them as much.
I’d love to be able to work on layered listening now that I know about it, it definitely takes a lot of concentration for me atm tho lol.
Death Note op- Nightmare is one of the best Japanese Kei-style bands ever!
Yomi the vocalist is a short guy packing the voice of a giant.
Man hearing that Durarara opening took me WAY back, it's soooo good
Finally Durarara op 1 getting some more love!!
I agree , this Durara op is underrated .
