Unfortunately Lori did get social security death benefits until her arrest. Tylee got $1,900 monthly in Death benefits and Lori and JJ got $1,900 each monthly after Charles' death. That's $5,700 monthly and a grand total of $68,000 yearly.
Hopefully Arizona prosecutors can use this to prove premeditation. You can hear the panic in his voice, he KNEW she was up to something bad. RIP Charles 💔
AZ dropped the ball in the first place. Don't know if it would have changed the outcome of Charles but would definitely have changed what happened to the kids and Chad's wife. Irritates me that they interviewed Lori and Tylie in adjoining rooms where they could hear everything the other one was saying. I honestly don't think AZ took the investigation into Charles seriously until after the kids went missing.
Actually she is being charged with life in Prison so it won't do much good to add insurance fraud to that sentence, but it didn't save his life. So sad.
Wrong Lori is indicted in Maricopa AZ for conspiracy of Charles Vallow murder. So if state prosecutors can obtain the Legal & General phone call 2/20/19 of the person who called to setup the phone call password then they can use that evidence as proof of the conspiracy so hopefully it was Lori that called to setup the phone call password.
This is the reality of how companies policymakers are dealing with fraud, and ignoring problems that could potentially end in death. Soooo sad Charles’s life ended like this!
Even taking friends with him every time he was going to pick up/drop off the kids wouldn't have saved him, at some point they were always going to kill him it was all down to opportunity.

You don’t know if it was Lori that called Legal & General to put a phone call password on his policy. But I’m sure Lori knew all the info on Charles to have Chad or her brother Alex to call in acting like Charles because Lori knows all of Charles info such as policy number, DOB, address, SSN, etc.. most spouses know each other personal info even maiden names or mother maiden name. Even if you setup security questions probably most spouses know that like your first pet name or what elementary school name or favorite color etc…
@@JackieOlantern I was being sarcastic. I don’t think Lori actually called to change password. She probably had her brother Alex or Chad call. Although Lori could do this but with a POA.

This whole thing is frustrating, Charles did not have to die, no one was listening to this man who was very straightforward with everyone he was clearly explaining his problems to anyone who would listen, the only person listening at the time was Adam Lori's brother, some of the police officers were entangled in Lori's weave...

@@kittylaughlin1220 I agree!
Well at least his 2 boys from his first marriage got some Im sure Kay took care of them I hope
He sounds like a nice man. So sad what happened to him.
That had to be so frustrating for Charles. He was met with opposition at every turn. He should be alive right now. His biological sons should sue them all.
Listening to this calls gives me chills Charles told that man if I die today she gets all the money wow he knew it was coming no one listened to him I really hope he’s at peace now 💔
Oh my goodness that poor lovely man🥺💔🕊️💙
I really feel sorry for Charles and what he had to endure. Lori was so conniving. I'm sure she's the one that set up that first password.
Her brother did
@astridwhomes9724 yes. At her bidding.
Poor Charles!
I am furious at this situation. I hope Lori has this insurance fraud added to her murder charges!!!!
Sure do want to know the name of the Insurance Company!!!!
The guy from the insurance company said Banner Life.
Settle down 🙄
I thought he said “Standard “ insurance. It doesn’t matter now, does it? Even being rattled, not writing down Kevin Delarosa, or recalling the name is 🧠 less 😶🌫️
Thank you East Idaho News for continuing the great coverage of this sad case. So many people affected by one woman and one man’s evilness.
@@alienrocketscienceshared8454 She actually said KAY was "dark" for getting the insurance money they killed Charles to get.
Man did she try like hell to get that money.
Her and Chad
@malibudolphin4232 she had a long history of this, before Chad came along. He's absolutely a world class scum bag and hope he fries but, this is mostly her, for sure.
@@malibudolphin3109 Chad knew he wasn't going to be able to live off Tammy once he switched bicycles to Lori so Lori had to be able to support him.
Just trying to lead the 144,000 😂
That's all people were to her....OBJECTS for her personal use and benefit.....not humans with heart and soul
My heart is hurting just listening to him
The only good thing from this whole case is Charles Changing the policy
Except it probably cost the kids their lives. 😢
Thank you, be to Jesus, that Charles was able to catch this and take care of this before it was to late. His intuition must have been in overload. I feel so bad for this family.
May they find the justice they deserve.
God is close to the broken hearted and saves those crushed in spirit.
Poor Charles so happy he was persistent!! I’am happy he got this done! Wish the police had taken him more seriously!😢
At that point, if you were the police, what could you have done? No crime had been committed......
@@HapticFrequenciesIs a threat to kill in America a crime??
@Lotus-mb7zp At that point, she was threatening to kill "Ned" & it's just a "he said/she said" @ that point ... unfortunately....
@HapticFrequencies Oh, okay!
Surely those m*rd*rs could have been prevented?!
If only someone spoke up, it's beyond sad, 😥😥😥.
It is NOT the job of the police to protect individual citizens from harm.
My heart breaks for this man. A password? You know Alex must have called in impersonating Charles.
🙋♀️ My blood pressure went up and the anxiety level was intense just listening to this.
Poor Charles. May you RIP, my sweetheart. I’m so sorry you had to endure all that frustration and pain.
So sad
Poor, poor Charles. Never heard this before. Thanks for posting.
Its ALARMING how unhelpful the life insurance agent was 😳 at least at first. I’m glad Charles kept pushing
It's the corporate structure of America. Completely corrupt while lying it's safe.
Then the agent says have a nice day after he's just been told that his wife is trying to kill him
They have rules to protect the rightful owner of the policy. Lori must've had access to the account with the policy number, because he didn't have it. She'd moved, he didn't even have that address.
@@gointothedogs4634 he had no idea about it so she got access one of those times when she tried to play funny by grabbing his phone or his laptop and acting like she was jealous to get him to open it up for her so she can read his messages or whatever
Incredibly the carrier took the spouse's word versus the insured who was paying for the policy......@gointothedogs4634
Absolutely heartbreaking. This poor man….
How can she change the password with this insurance company without his consent? How did she get in without them verifying with him that she was or is his wife? I think there definitely is a problem on their end if someone can go in and do this!
Probably her brother she would have had his policy number they were scamming him
online
Simple!! She knew all of his information, had Alex or Chad to call to password protect the account THINKING she had Charles, himself locked out of his policy.
Hmmmmmm.she found a person that she manipulated. Where is the fkn mystery here?🙄
There wasn’t a password she added it to the account, just sad 😔
wow that woman thought of everything! she placed in the password that he never had so he can't even access! The poor man! And why would she need all that money if the world was going to end in 2020? Proves she never believed that BS.
Thank goodness he thought about his life insurance so quickly. Lori worked so fast.
It breaks my heart that such a good man and two beautiful kids were taken out of this world by those narcissistic monsters
They let her change the information on HIS policy and tried to prevent him accessing !!!!
E.X.A.C.T.L.Y. !!!!!
People use your heads. They need passwords to protect from theft. This is common for security reasons. They had no idea if he was legitimate or not. Obviously Lori had recorded his account # or had the policy available to read from. .
@@gointothedogs4634and they allowed someone other then the actual policy holder/insured to change his policy and should have been more diligent prior to him making the changes
This poor guy..wow :((
If anyone who was in a position of authority would have actually helped him instead of thinking this was just a case of a man who’s bitter bc his wife is leaving him, all the deaths would have probably been avoided.
So happy he was so persistant. I wish I could have heard the call where they tell her she is not the beneficiary. He seemed to sense his days were numbered and he needed to try and provide for JJ.
There is something about that call somewhere in someone's video, cannot remember who!? Don't know if it was brought up in her trial? Of course, it might be brought up again at the trial in Arizona, coming up for Charles death.....hope she burns in HELL!!!!!!😠😠😠😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬
There is a recording but she doesn't find out in the call -she finds out in the mail that she is not the beneficiary.😅
Show us the police body cam of Lori being arrested please!
I feel for Charles, every time I hear him trying to tell people what was going on, they never listened to him.
Rest in peace and may God bless your family.
My god, why didn't the Police arrest her before all of the damage was done is such a shame.
Thank goodness Idaho took actions of Chad and Lori seriously, if they hadn't they'd still be murdering
Truth and Justice for Charles Vallow💙🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I feel his frustration! His last year was nothing but stress and worry . Poor guy. 😔
I had anxiety through this whole thing.
It’s an indescribable nightmare having to deal with a narcissist of any type let a lone a psychopath.
It never ends.
That absolute snake 🐍…this man should be here today. The fact that she could be this sneaky while planning this man’s death makes me sick. Now I want to hear the calls where she set up a password 😠
You will hear the calls, when Lori goes to trial in Arizona for Charles death!!!
@@kittylaughlin1220 🤞🏻 I listened to the call between her brother and the detective after this one and it’s unreal how many lives she ruined or took away completely…good people. Ugh, heartbreaking 💔
Thank goodness they were able to change the benificiary
Charles, the kids, and their families deserved better than that evil woman. There will not be a corner in hell hot enough for her.
What Lori put this man through is beyond belief I only pray this never happens to another person, and when it is brought to the attention of the authorities they act on it. Charles was letdown by everyone it’s not like he didn’t speak out. This insanity has to stop
Woah Lori's evil knows no bounds!! Poor Charles ❤
That juror from his trial said Lori was the true face of evil.
So they allowed Lori to put a password on this account? How utterly disgusting. They actually ALLOWED SOMEONE ELSE TO PUT A PASSWORD ON HIS ACCOUNT!?!?! OH. MY. GOD!!
@@famousamos1No one other than Lori would have reason to go in and change his password. NOT. ONE. OTHER. PERSON.
@@JackieOlantern I was being sarcastic. I don’t think Lori actually called to change password. She probably had her brother Alex or Chad call. Although Lori could do this but with a POA.
@denisea23 I put my money on Chad called in pretending to be Charles. As he was the one that called the funeral home about Charles death pretending to be his nephew.
@@famousamos1I think Lori made all the changes online without a representative.
Good for Charles for speaking out every chance he got! How terrifying to know you're on someone's hit list!!
Chad probably called and set up that password while pretending to be Charles.
No the brother
Or Alex.
OMG! I find this to be so sad. The guy spends one of his last days on this earth making phone calls when his wife premeditated all of this! This is how phone calls go, it is so frustrating at times.
Banner Life Insurance is the absolute WORST!!!!!!!! No wonder they gave him the run around.
Legal & General is the parent company of Banner Life & William Penn Life Insurance Company. I personally think the customer service rep especially Kevin DeLarosa did a great job 👏🏽 I’m not releasing info without the phone call password even though Charles Vallow didn’t set it up but Kevin doesn’t know that. Like Kevin said since they record all phone calls he can submit an investigation inquiry and they can review who called in to setup the phone call password.
@@famousamos1They could have figured that out quickly, he got the run-around and since it was a frantic call, I an ex call center person, would have gotten a Manager to escalate this issue...ie- getting him to fax/email info immediately, check notes from previous calls (CS reps must put notes on calls), etc....
This whole thing is frustrating, Charles did not have to die, no one was listening to this man who was very straightforward with everyone he was clearly explaining his problems to anyone who would listen, the only person listening at the time was Adam Lori's brother, some of the police officers were entangled in Lori's weave...
He didn't have to walk into that house 🏠
@@dakalodk For all we know, Lori could have lured him there by telling him JJ or Tylee was hurt, in danger, etc. She could have even faked interest in a reconciliation and opened the door with arms wide open...This man was ambushed by psychopaths and doesn't deserve to be victim-shamed.
This is so heartbreaking! Charles had sense enough to change the beneficiary but he showed up alone when clearly the conversation with the life insurance showed Lori was up to something fatal for him. So sad!
RIP Charles
I can only imagine the other evidence that comes out at the trial for Charles murder!
Well, if this doesn’t prove premeditation, I don’t know what will. Rest easy, sir.. I’m so sorry no one listened…
His life was in danger. This was proof! Someone could have saved him. So sad.
Thank God he got the beneficiary changed, shes such a coldhearted thing. Poor guy R.I.P Charles❤
This is an excellent example how men are not listened to when they have a psycho in their life.
Either are women. Psychos do this to everyone
All I can think of is how Lori expected Kay to share the insurance money with her. As if she never committed fraud and she was the victim.
Heart breaking. The man went through so much torture and then lost his life.
This poor guy. You know he saw this coming and was doing everything he could to thwart her, but there was so little help. I could just cry with frustration for him.
This call shows what a nice guy Charles was. He could have lost his temper and demanded supervisors etc.... I worked in call centers and this is the kind of person you want to help. RIP Charles... you sure didn't deserve this. :( This insurance company customer service sucks!
Wow! This is crazy! I hope this proves premeditation in Charles Murder and I’m sure if they pull the calls it is either Lori or Alex. Although Chad called on Lori’s behalf before!
If only we could go back in time and Tell him RUN!!! I feel so much impotency right now.
He sounds so defeated! 😟
The end result is that the benefits ended up going to his sister, Kay, as he wanted, so it did get resolved, thankfully, even though his wife, Lori, tried to steal the insurance. Lori didn't find out in time, so he still ended up being murdered for the insurance, but at least Lori didn't get the insurance, even though she tried hard to do so.
Unfortunately she did get social security death benefits until her arrest. Tylee got $1,900 monthly in Death benefits and Lori and JJ got $1,900 each monthly after Charles death. That's $5,700 monthly and a grand total of $68,000 yearly.
That is proof he never called and never set up a password! Sad!
Heartbreaking! He tried to go to family and authorities! Thank you for uploading this conversation.
The sheer panic of poor Charles is palpable
If only he had not entered that house - my heart aches hearing his voice knowing he is not here with us anymore. So sad! That was probably Chad putting a password on his account.
Or Alex
ALWAYS set up custodial changes at the police department.
Can you imagine how the Insurance agent That talked to him on the phone felt when he found out Charles was dead.
This poor guy. Heartbreaking.
She really worked hard to get his life insurance. I would love to see her face when she found out she was not the beneficiary! Evil!
This is crazy! Poor Charles. He seemed like such a good guy. I hope they can get Lori on his death.
I can hardly listen to this. So heartbreaking and frustrating.
Pray for the death penalty. So sad for Charles and his family
Lori won’t get the DP but Chad might in ID
I am not religious but PRAYING for someone getting murdered seems just wrong.
He deserved so much more, he truly sounded like a lovely, caring man who felt that he was truly in danger and time was running out..he knew Lori was going to have him killed …and no one listened or helped him.. truly breaks my heart 💔
I truly think this man was ignored and dismissed when he alerted everyone to Lori. I think no one believed it primarily because she was attractive and well/soft spoken. The cops in Chandler could’ve prevented many deaths, including Charles, Tammy, JJ, and Tylee.
Unfortunately, in his attempts to get under Liarlori's skin, Charles told her his whole game plan of how he would out her affair with Chud. Very sad he just didn't do it without telling her or emailing Chad.
My God everyone failed Charles!!!!
