I have been just going through the motions, I wish I found your stuff earlier, thanks to Larry Wheels, I am finally feeling every muscle to full fatigue. Much lighter weight, much more pump. I’m trying to match your 45lbs in a year..
I had to comment before watching the explanations and definitions, this should be in every lifting book (for us old guys) it’s too much to re-iterate, but great content almost better than the actual lifting! No don’t shut up this needs to be described as you demonstrated people just move weights, that only gets you so far! Every tip is in my workout/diet log
And remember people whenever you change ANYTHING on an exercise such as hand / leg placement, angle of bench / movement etc etc, lower the weight and treat it like a new exercise. Because it is. 😊
