Welcome To Survival-Russia. One of the very best Outdoors and Survival related communities on UA-cam, and yes, It's a pretty good Channel too :)
My name is Lars. I'm From Denmark but I live in Rural Russia now. I live at a Homestead in wild nature surrounded by a huge forest.
On The Survival-Russia channel we do all things related to the Outdoors Lifestyle. I share my thoughts and experiences on Survival Techniques for the woodlands of the Northern Hemisphere. the Reality of Survival. I share Techniques and ways of the Siberian Tribesmen and the Russian Longhunters of the older days. Things not shown outside of Russia very much.
On this Channel we also do Off-Road driving, Vehicle builds, Metal Detecting, all things Outdoors basically. Enjoy!

Whatever ails you, my friend... You have my sympathy and i hope things will get better, soon!
(And since you seem to read stuff into things, i actually mean that 100% genuine and i actually do wish you the very best of luck!)

    • @martialme84

@Philip JamesThe impression i get from the way you write (and the extremely long texts you post here) is that you are for some reason very much more sensitive to perceived slights or perceived lack of consideration and so on than your average joe shmoe is. That seems to be an uncomfortable existence. Therefore i wish you the opportunity to "heal" whatever made you this inordinately sensitive. And to grow a thicker skin to the point where your life is more comfortable and you are a more relaxed member of our community.
      All the best.

I just can’t understand why so many bush crafters make sooo many cuts in the wood to have a “pretty” campfire. They burn up so much energy which is bad. The Lars Siberian campfire will always rule.

G'day Lars, Thanks for this video. Every time I see you do the Siberian Log Fire I reckon it's the best method for a long lasting fire I've ever seen. I really hope I can have a crack at one sometime in the future, perhaps during our next winter, who knows. I like the way you use fallen timber and the fact that the SLF can be multi-use; if it's big enough you use it, put it out and it's there for you to use in the future with very little set up time. If you had several partially used SLFs dotted around your property and local wilderness you would never be stuck if you needed a big fire quickly for an unexpected overnight stay, it could be a life saver.
I'm also lookimg forward to seeing the Lar's Gator Monster out in the wilderness. Heck, you could take enough tools with you to build a log cabin if you wanted... you've got the axes and saws, you can pack chain saws with room for a couple of mates to help with the construction! Anything might be possible with the Gator! Another great video, falls and all ;) Cheers, BH

The buckwheat you use, do you roast it yourself or do you buy it that way? I can find buckwheat but only "raw" and then it´s supposed to be soaked for hours before cooking that´s why i´m asking.

Because your out there so much and you like to build why not build a small cabin on skis ? Let’s say 4 ft. X 8 ft. - 6 ft. Tall with a hitch ,then you could have your portable workshop/ sleeping quarters and leave it on site until you bring it home ? No one would bother it way out there . What are your thoughts on that ? SKOL BUD !
