Hello Lars, do you know if anyone is importing the tents from PF Bereg into the European Union, that would make it much easier to order to western European countries without having to pay large customs fees. Thanks for your videos, they are an inspiration.
Lars, I truely envy you right now! Being originaly from the northeast U.S, and now living in Florida 34 years, I don't get real winter or snow. I have always loved camping in the snow!!! At least I can live vicariously through this video...
Man, I fish in winter times and been struggeling for ages with solutions to stay warm and compact. Think I just found my next tent & stove. Thanks a lot!
I just got mine last Friday and have been in it all weekend. If you are considering this tent...don’t hesitate. It is extremely well built and is everything they claim. I am already considering a bigger one now. I got the UP-2 mini that is great for two and mats with a stove. Friend of mine came by and said he wanted to go with us so I might put this one on the market and get the UP-2 If some one is interested I also have the insulated floor for this one as well. That’s IF I decide to let it go. They are way to awesome!

Lol. Thanks for the farenhieght check .Lars ,they make a heat temp. Activated fan !! An excellent addition to the hot tent set up...it sits ontop of the stove and works
The mini crawler is a nice machine and you are glad to have it and must be great to have also in Winter. I remember that tent and how warm it is in Winter and you must be glad to have it with you on the trail.
For those not familiar with metric systems. A Kilometer is about 0.6 miles. So 6 kilometers is 0.6 X 6= 3.6 miles. And to convert Celsius to Fahrenheit you Multiply the temperature in Celsius by 1.8 then add 32. But if the temperature in Celsius is below 0° you nearly multiply by 1.8 So 0°C is 32°F. And -1°C is 1.8 subtracted from 32.
Ok so I watched as you advertised...or I should say reviewed. I watched some more and you had my attention. I watched some more and I couldn’t resist. I ordered the tent. It is EVERYTHING you claim. When I got Fort Richardson ,on my first day as an arctic trooper, I was at the supply warehouse getting my TA 50 ,rucksack, parka ,bla, bla bla and the supply Sargent handed me a pair of arctic mittens, they had gauntlets that came up to my elbows and had this brown fake fur on the backs , so asked the Sargent what that was for and he said ,well when it’s -30 F and your nose is running like a leaky faucet, you aren’t going to take them off to blow your nose . Theses mittens would work well for driving the crawler at-17 C , that gear I had kept me warm in some god awful cold weather, getting off C130 transport planes, with the engines running,or getting in and out of helicopters at -40 F . Another year of rehab and getting back in shape and I’ll be in the woods again, I’ve had both hips replaced, the doctor told me no down hill skiing and cross country might not be a great idea, but I think a set of those skis you have might be just right ,I hate snowshoes, great video Lars.
I don't think most people realize just how much difference a tent can make in cold weather. I've had similar results with heating my tent, even though mine is of lesser quality than yours. Yes, winter temperatures in my area rarely get below -5 degrees C, but the higher humidity can make cold air quite painful. So, in winter, I always carry a small wood-fired heater with my tent, just as you did here.
I really love this adventure. Hope the wolfs do not eat you Lars. The mini track is real economical at just using a gallon of fuel, you will never get that with a snowmobile. Now I know why you are in Russia. The unspoiled wilderness with endless sky. Good day to you Sir.
