Sadly, I think most people in that period expected a metal album from Adrian following his departure from Iron Maiden, that was probably one of the reasons this brilliant album never got too much recognition.
Had this single and album which was sadly broken in a house move, completely different to his stuff in maiden just shows his awesome musical ability, always thought Leppard missed a trick not hiring him but as much as I love Leppard I was over the moon when he rejoined Maiden
This album was so mocked at the time, don't know why; but I can't imagine Adrian playing with Def Leppard. But if Vivian Campbell could switch to Love Bites from wizards and dragons, then anyone can do It :)
Got the album at the time of release. I love his voice. Also I would love to see Adrian making an album of electric Blues in the style of SRV, Jeff Healey or Gary Moore.

This whole album is SO.FUCKING.GOOD. Absolutely fantastic record, a testament to the brilliance of H!

Thank God he did not join Leppard. Check Vivian Campbell. He barely does what he showed with Dio and White Snake

I like this mostly for his guitar solo, which is brilliant. The song's good, but it borrows from Styx' Renegade and Rainbow's Since You Been Gone.
