Good to know that the van-lifers have contact with each other, and that Allie was on the phone with Sara for support. We are all wishing for a full recovery for Luca.
I started playing Luca and Sara'a entire playlist to support them. Watching when I can and playing in the background when I can't watch. Just yesterday I say when they met Trent and Allie. So far I've seen them on two episodes somewhere between episodes 175 & 200.

@@keithbrookshire me too i was heartbreaking when he unable to move read my story simular of what he went through i had to learn how to walk and take baby steps to do things again after my brain surgery leaking from my head my family was there for me and support even my Dr who perform the surgery were in tears he never had a patient that would not wake up on time my mom told the doctor Kevin will wake up DOCTOR but everything went well in several months i was back to my old self Luca will survive this his situation is different but almost like mine learning how to do things again

Damn. First Snow of Snow and Curt has a heart attack and nearly dies, and now Luca has a stroke. It's been a terrifying couple of weeks for van lifers. Thanking the universe both are OK now. 🙏🏼
And Bec (Eamon & Bec) with breast cancer & Nate (Kara & Nate) with skin cancer (I think it was) on his head. It’s been crazy. Sara having a difficult childbirth, Trent & Allie’s multiple scares with Leo….it’s gotta get better. It’s just gotta. That’s been enough for one year.
And Bea from Indie Project suffering from severe depression and tried to take her life just recently.

For the future, if you take a 4x4 or 6x6 pinched between the bucket and thumb of the excavator you now have a 10 or 12’ rake that makes levelling gravel pads almost instantaneous. We relied on this so much we took a spare bucket and built a steel 12” “rake” with a cutting edge for our mini-ex. We can level a 60 x 200’ building in next to no time.

What you said at the end is so true. Last week I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. I am in a foreign country, Kenya. I want to come home. I want to spend time with my family, my 3 kids and 5 grandkids in the US, NOW before its too late. But financially it is not possible for me to do that and set up my own living simple living space with my husband. Even at 64 the 55 and older apartments require a lot of $ to get in to them. I just pray every day that I get to spend time with my family next year and do the work to support myself and my husbands job in the US. Love you guys. You bring me smiles.

Nice of you to mention Luca and Sara. I started following them after your meet up in South America. I was wondering if you stayed in touch.
I was wondering if you guys had been in contact as I knew you'd crossed paths in the past. I love that van life/RV life/nomad life thing that you see each as paths cross, and its like you saw them yesterday. I was just sobbing by the end of the video that Sara did explaining what happened. It's been so encouraging to see he's doing better. It's still scary as they try to figure out what is going on and, most importantly, how to resolve it, at least to the point that they can have the best peace of mind possible. It's so strange to me that I can feel such cinema and heartbreak for Bea and Theo, and Luca and Sara (for you guys when Leo was so sick) and such joy (your proposal, wedding, pregnancy, all of it). I've never met you. This media is amazing to me, and I'm very grateful for the lives and adventures I get to witness through it. Thank you both for the technical brilliance but, more importantly, the human/humane, heart felt simply human content.

I love Luca and Sara and their daughter (LEAW). I HIGHLY recommend their channel to anyone - it's very similar to yours in topic. What happened to Luca was just so shocking and so terrifying. It's funny, I know we don't know you all (the vloggers we follow on youtube), but you let us into our lives and I think we just begin to care about you. It's inevitable, humans are supposed to be compassionate creatures at our best (when greed doesn't get in the way). Glad to hear they have a support system in you two.

I AM a seasoned electrician, and I would do it exactly the way you did: most times I will install the conduit and then blow a pull string through, then a pull rope or a snake, but wire of THAT size, and that length, yes, I would do the same if I could.
Leave Everything and WANDER (it sounded like you said WONDER). It's frightening what happened to Luca, but Sara is doing an amazing job, and Luca seems to be progressing wonderfully. They are a very inspiring couple.
