Hey, I do not recommend any of clients to move in during the summer months. It's super hot if you plan to do the move all by yourself. If you have to move-in during summer months, I recommend hiring a moving company OR try to keep moving activities early morning or evenings when the sun is not at it's peak. The rental market in North Tempe is great!
