    Actually you made a great point when showing that map how TEMPE is right in the middle of all the other cities. I never realized Tempe was positioned like that, and that would make it so convenient to live there.

    Tempe used to be desperate to remain a “town” and had ordinance not to build more than… I think it was 4 stories many years ago. Arizonans are pretty sad to see it turn into a city. I still love Tempe Towne Lake tho

      @@christopherboone9665 Yes! Many corporate jobs along North Tempe. And depending on which sector you're looking into, other surrounding cities will also have other corporate jobs. For example: Downtown Phoenix is 15 minute drive from Tempe & Scottsdale is a 20 minute commute from Tempe.

      Pool water temperature is relative. When I lived in Michigan, we would open up the pool and start swimming when the water temp was about 65. In the Phoenix/Tempe area, I wouldn't even consider using the pool until the water temp hit 80. Believe it or not, that feels refreshing when it's 100+ outside.

      There is multiple Chick-fil-a stores and taco shops throughout the Phoenix Metro. Arizona has a total of 51 Chick-fil-a locations, there is bound to be one 10-15 minutes away wherever you decide to live :D

    • @richchappell
      @richchappell 26 днів тому +2

      While I personally think Chic-fil-a is "meh" at best, there are two in Tempe, with a third one coming. There's one on University Dr. just west of Mill Ave; one in the Memorial Union at ASU's Tempe campus; and one that may be coming in the near future to the old Chompie's location on University Dr. east of Rural Rd. I'm not sure how long that will be, but I hear that their application to turn that location into a Chic-fil-a has been approved by the city.

      @@BasicBeachCommunity1 I'm not sure what you are talking about. We were taking train from NJ to NYC. It was very safe and pretty reliable. Also, tons of people in NYC are so dependent on subways due to their work, etc. Of course, some places are less safe than others there, unfortunately, but overall people use it daily in NYC. This type of transportation doesn't exist in other places of the country. It is very convenient. In Europe, their transportation is so useful and helpful.
