Difficult to follow a speeded up sketch, fast subtitles and overlay graphics all at the same time. Would have benefited from an audio description. You also don’t mention how to get hold of the plaster model.
CoffeeMagic Roaster It does actually say ‘available online’ and obviously depends on your location - a few seconds web search suggests not availble in UK, however better to get a good skull - lots of images in books or online will help you identify plane changes. There’s a lot of really helpful info (and we see the model alongside) here without all the superfluous chatter so I take a series of screenshots so I can study in more detail the bits I need, in particular the enveloping and blocking in, then I can finish in my own individual interpretation.
Barbara Williams - yes, taking screenshots is the thing. I find it very easy to do it on my ipad as I watch along. In my opinion this is a superb face construction video.

If you want to see his technique lower the speed to .5 You will be able to see with more detail the pencil movements.
