I was told to tap 7 times, but 4 times worked like a charm! Great troubleshooting guide, my left earbud is alive again!!! I even heard it cough a couple times before syncing. I appreciate it!
So bummed man. I got this today and I was so hyped and really excited to use it, but my left (yes *left*) is literally non-existent. Whenever I put the buds into pairing mode, the right one flashes blue and white but the left doesn't do anything. I tried the manual reset, but the left one flashed blue four times but didn't turn solid white when the other one was trying to connect. When I connect the buds and go on UA-cam to watch a video, no audio comes out of the left bud. I can't even turn the volume down from the left ear bud! So far regretting this purchase, please help someone :(

I have loved mine, great audio quality, they don’t fall off, they were great until the right one just completely stopped working with its audio last week. I’ve tried cleaning it, resetting it, but I can’t figure it out. The touch commands still work, it charges just fine, and the lights work as expected but there is absolutely no sound. I’ve had these since December last year and they were fine for all that, the left one works perfectly fine. Ugh, anyone have any recommendations?
Ahhh this video saved my life! I was literally having trouble for the longest time to reconnect my earphones. Awhile back I had to replace my right side because puppies lol but it held up for a good bit and the previous reconnecting instructions weren't helping so I just left it. Then recently my puppies finally chewed up the rest of the right side, so I thought I'd give the new replacement a chance again to reconnect with the left side. Stumbled upon this video and it finally worked! I'm content. 😊
Expect me not to buy another one of your earbuds again. I'm tired of only having my right earbud working. You're not getting any more money out of me until you guys can get your shit together and fix the left earbud.
They do work have a couple pares and different kinds you just don’t know how to use them a tip I would give you is going to bestbuy and asking for help

Connect your phone with ur buds and put them in your ear then after hold for 3 seconds on the side that doesn't work the side that does not will say hello and it should work
@@MrsSunshine1984 the 4x clicking thingy works well but you need to do it super fast and you need to remove them both out of the case fast aswell, i tried it about 1h straight.

Hold both for 3 seconds to turn off then take the cushion of the one that's not working the suck and blow the hole🤣 that sounds gay but it worked for me

For me it will cost 45 CAN dollars in shipping, + $15 CAN dollars for me to ship them the defective earbuds. Thats $60 to replace 2 1/2 month old earbuds. The warranty is useless. I recommend NOONE buy Jlabs products unless you like to gamble with your money.

I took mine back and upgraded to the jlab jbuds air in air with the closed case which are superb! got them discounted and they work excellent. These jlab go air are great but they are too much hassle to pair and connect. There is clearly a manufacturing fault in the blue tooth/pairing connectivity with the smart phone. Im still a fan of jlab the sound quality is superb.
I bought these a couple of days ago and it's been none trouble shooting. A new problem every hour of use needing time to find and try a million things. Why can't they just work?

Hi Jlab im having an issue with my right ear bud... Its not removing any sound and its just been 2 weeks since i purchased them... I feel distraught after how much i liked them initially... The lights are all working just no sound... Even after troubleshooting no success... At times they suddenly start working but when i place them back in the case and remove them again... My earbuds connect for roughly five seconds, then disconnect every time. I’ve tried forgetting, I’ve tried turning Bluetooth on and off. Normally this means the earbuds are worn out, but since I’ve had these for just over a week and have only used them for probably around 12 hours of that, I highly doubt that’s the case here. I’ve never dropped them, they’ve never touched liquid or dirt.

Iv had this happen to me and what i found helped is charging the case while the earbuds are in them and they disconnect from my phone. I found this happens when the case itself is on low battery.
I just got a pair and I’m having the same issue I press the button 4 times on the left and it just turns off again, then some other ppl told me to hold it for 15 seconds and still nothin seriously just considering returning them already.
This was super useful I was frustrated my left earbud wouldn’t connect then looked this up. Super useful I can tell I’ll be using this brand more often than others
Didnt work for me either . The left never goes to solid white. It stays flashing 2 white and no where can i find any info about this. This just started all of a sudden after taking them out of their case. Very frustrating to get the same instructions to fix over and over again and it not work nor any further instructions after the "normal" way doesnt work.🙄 It infuriates me that the "normal" way for things never seem to help me nor can i get past those specific non working instructions☹️

Lol. U can use the left bud solo to. I’m not sure how but out of 3 sets 2 of the 3 have been able to do this. But if u do this they don’t pair together. Best Buy has a sale for $29.99. Cheapest I’ve found. I love these
I’m a fan of jlab. They make affordable quality products. I bought a pair for my wife and a pair for myself. This is the third product I’ve purchase from them. Very affordable compared to other options. I’m happy. I will admit the pairing process can be s little confusing. But once you figure it out it’s good to go. Anyone having trouble pairing should do the following. Forget the Bluetooth device. While In the case tap on one earbud four times. Light blinks four times then stays blue. Do the same for the other earbud. Take them out but keep them two inches from each other and find the Bluetooth device. That should do it.

I've owned these for about 2 years. I love them in the winter time. Hiking, skiing or just doing chores outside these are fantastic because of the noise cancelling and super long battery life. I did remove the rubber rings and they fit much better.
I have had mine for a couple of years, now, and while I love their sound I rarely get more than a couple of hours use from them. I don't use them often, and I always keep them in the charging case...but most of the time when I take them out of the case they tell me I only have "battery medium". 2-to-2.5 hours later, they go dead. I have never, ever gotten anything approaching 24hrs use from them.

Both of mine have stopped working. Ive done every method and nothing works even when the lights are on and the right way. But something weird does work. I bought my jlabs executive 2 days ago and i’ve seen every tutorial but none of them are working. The left turns solid white and the right blinks blue and white so that means they’re connected . then they turn solid white , connected. BUT when I try to watch/listen to something with audio they just stop. The light turns off and the earphones just start buffering.

I'm now suffering some weird Shorting or whatnot on the jbuds, right bud in this case. A few pops with the palm of my hand on it in my ear fixes it, but when I take it out and put it back, same thing happens again.

Nothing works my left one just says hello and goodbye. It flashes 2 white. The right one works as supposed. There are no definitive places to go to show you what all these different lights mean. Nowhere can i find what flashing 2 white means or figure out why they wont connect to each other

thank you for the easy to follow instructions! I have had these sitting unused for about a month as the quick guide didn't help. But hold both for 3 second and BOOM my bluetooth found them. Problem solved! 🙌

1. When earbuds are off, press and hold 15+ seconds on the RIGHT earbud button. While holding, earbud will flash blue and white. Release when earbud flashes white. 2. Repeat process with LEFT earbud: Press and hold 15+ seconds on earbud button. Release when earbud flashes white. Once earbuds connect, the right earbud will flash blue and white indicating it is ready to connect to Bluetooth. 3. Now you are ready to connect to your Bluetooth device. These headphones sound great and stay in your ears during workouts as long as you arent running/jumping. The chargering is a pain. between the case not charging and the buds not charging in the case. otherwise great for 50$
I've repeatedly placed my jbuds air on the charger and it wont charge. Only one of tiny circles that indicate that the earbuds are charging blinks but the earbuds dont charge at all

Just read the manual. If it doesn't work, then try again. I was also new to ear buds when I bought this atrocity of a product (No Apple Ear Buds) but I managed to get the set up right, then came the issue of the charger not working and Jlabs was absolutely unwilling to fix that issue.

There are 3 versions for this model v1 you power off the ear buds outside of the case then hold the right ear bud for 15+ seconds till it blinks white rinse and repeat for the left bud and wait for them to pair v2 and v3 use 4x and 7x click in the case
My earbuds keep disconnecting when I’m doing anything with them. It’s really annoying honestly. Especially when I’m trying to watch a movie or workout. It’s also a pain when they randomly disconnect on their own. Then takes a huge ass pain to get one to connect. This never happened to me before until recently. 😩

Did not work found a Manuel online that actually told me how to pair the earbuds. you turn bluetooth off and take them out of the case press and hold them to turn them off. then you press the right earbud 15+ seconds until it flashed blue and whit and let go when it flashes white. then you do the same for the left earbud until it is solid white and then you can connect to Bluetooth.
Hey, my Jbuds Epic Air 1st Gen stopped working correctly, the right ear bud dies in under 6 minutes, I constantly reset them back in case and reconnect. I have had them do some wonky things in the past like spontaneously come back to life after charging from the case to my phone made it get kinda hot and it wouldn't charge for a week, no battery indicator light for awhile. Little things served me well before the battery crapped. $100 down the drain.. I tried messaging support 2-3 but they wouldn't give me a straight answer.

For those wondering why there left earbud won't pair, Jlabs is BLATANTLY lying about them being "True Wireless" or just completely changed what consumers thought it meant. Don't expect both buds to pair just because it says that, now we need to demand an actual definition from the scam artist.

I’ve done everything I could find several times and still no luck on the left ear bud sound issue. I’m pressing and holding them for a couple seconds but I have no clue how to tell if I turned them off or not.

Connect your phone with ur buds and put them in your ear then after hold for 3 seconds on the side that doesn't work the side that does not will say hello and it should work

Hold both for 3 seconds to turn off then take the cushion of the one that's not working the suck and blow the hole🤣 that sounds gay but it worked for me

For me it will cost 45 CAN dollars in shipping, + $15 CAN dollars for me to ship them the defective earbuds. Thats $60 to replace 2 1/2 month old earbuds. The warranty is useless. I recommend NOONE buy Jlabs products unless you like to gamble with your money.

I took mine back and upgraded to the jlab jbuds air in air with the closed case which are superb! got them discounted and they work excellent. These jlab go air are great but they are too much hassle to pair and connect. There is clearly a manufacturing fault in the blue tooth/pairing connectivity with the smart phone. Im still a fan of jlab the sound quality is superb.

Hi Jlab im having an issue with my right ear bud... Its not removing any sound and its just been 2 weeks since i purchased them... I feel distraught after how much i liked them initially... The lights are all working just no sound... Even after troubleshooting no success... At times they suddenly start working but when i place them back in the case and remove them again... My earbuds connect for roughly five seconds, then disconnect every time. I’ve tried forgetting, I’ve tried turning Bluetooth on and off. Normally this means the earbuds are worn out, but since I’ve had these for just over a week and have only used them for probably around 12 hours of that, I highly doubt that’s the case here. I’ve never dropped them, they’ve never touched liquid or dirt.
Mine have fallen into a puddle of water. :D

When I put my JBuds in the charging case, they turn themselves back on and connect to my phone when I'm not using them. Does anyone know how to stop this?
It just happens. Does it all the time to me. All I do to prevent this is to put the case right side up.

Iv had this happen to me and what i found helped is charging the case while the earbuds are in them and they disconnect from my phone. I found this happens when the case itself is on low battery.
Darnell U this happens to me too. The only thing I found that helps is just turning off Bluetooth on my phone

I just got a pair and I’m having the same issue I press the button 4 times on the left and it just turns off again, then some other ppl told me to hold it for 15 seconds and still nothin seriously just considering returning them already.
This was super useful I was frustrated my left earbud wouldn’t connect then looked this up. Super useful I can tell I’ll be using this brand more often than others

Didnt work for me either . The left never goes to solid white. It stays flashing 2 white and no where can i find any info about this. This just started all of a sudden after taking them out of their case. Very frustrating to get the same instructions to fix over and over again and it not work nor any further instructions after the "normal" way doesnt work.🙄 It infuriates me that the "normal" way for things never seem to help me nor can i get past those specific non working instructions☹️

My right earbud stopped working. Both of them pair and work fine but there is just no sound coming through the right one. I can change the music and set up the eq just fine but sound isn't coming through the right one. I'm looking everywhere for a fix but none of them are working. I've had them for a few months now.

Lol. U can use the left bud solo to. I’m not sure how but out of 3 sets 2 of the 3 have been able to do this. But if u do this they don’t pair together. Best Buy has a sale for $29.99. Cheapest I’ve found. I love these

I’m a fan of jlab. They make affordable quality products. I bought a pair for my wife and a pair for myself. This is the third product I’ve purchase from them. Very affordable compared to other options. I’m happy.
I will admit the pairing process can be s little confusing. But once you figure it out it’s good to go.
Anyone having trouble pairing should do the following.
Forget the Bluetooth device.
While In the case tap on one earbud four times. Light blinks four times then stays blue. Do the same for the other earbud.
Take them out but keep them two inches from each other and find the Bluetooth device.
That should do it.

I've owned these for about 2 years. I love them in the winter time. Hiking, skiing or just doing chores outside these are fantastic because of the noise cancelling and super long battery life. I did remove the rubber rings and they fit much better.
I have had mine for a couple of years, now, and while I love their sound I rarely get more than a couple of hours use from them. I don't use them often, and I always keep them in the charging case...but most of the time when I take them out of the case they tell me I only have "battery medium". 2-to-2.5 hours later, they go dead. I have never, ever gotten anything approaching 24hrs use from them.
Me too. Except mine stay on for 1 hour to the max, and their always at medium even after charging for hours. I don’t understand and came here for help.

I bought my jlabs executive 2 days ago and i’ve seen every tutorial but none of them are working.
The left turns solid white and the right blinks blue and white so that means they’re connected . then they turn solid white , connected. BUT when I try to watch/listen to something with audio they just stop. The light turns off and the earphones just start buffering.

thank you for the easy to follow instructions! I have had these sitting unused for about a month as the quick guide didn't help. But hold both for 3 second and BOOM my bluetooth found them. Problem solved! 🙌

Left side still not working after following the steps. Earbuds not even a year old.
1. When earbuds are off, press and hold 15+ seconds on the RIGHT earbud button. While holding, earbud will flash blue and white. Release when earbud flashes white.
2. Repeat process with LEFT earbud: Press and hold 15+ seconds on earbud button. Release when earbud flashes white. Once earbuds connect, the right earbud will flash blue and white indicating it is ready to connect to Bluetooth.
3. Now you are ready to connect to your Bluetooth device. Feel free to reach out if this doesn't do the trick

JLabAudio - are you saying to press and hold until it flashes white no matter how long ? Cuz mine aren’t flashing white after 15 seconds and even after 30seconds

These headphones sound great and stay in your ears during workouts as long as you arent running/jumping. The chargering is a pain. between the case not charging and the buds not charging in the case. otherwise great for 50$
Make sure you are using a 5V 1A charger!
SADLY THEY DONT EVEN TURN ON WITHOUT BUTTONS
I've repeatedly placed my jbuds air on the charger and it wont charge. Only one of tiny circles that indicate that the earbuds are charging blinks but the earbuds dont charge at all

Just read the manual. If it doesn't work, then try again. I was also new to ear buds when I bought this atrocity of a product (No Apple Ear Buds) but I managed to get the set up right, then came the issue of the charger not working and Jlabs was absolutely unwilling to fix that issue.

There are 3 versions for this model v1 you power off the ear buds outside of the case then hold the right ear bud for 15+ seconds till it blinks white rinse and repeat for the left bud and wait for them to pair v2 and v3 use 4x and 7x click in the case
My earbuds keep disconnecting when I’m doing anything with them.
It’s really annoying honestly. Especially when I’m trying to watch a movie or workout.
It’s also a pain when they randomly disconnect on their own. Then takes a huge ass pain to get one to connect.

When on the phone call, I can hear only on the right side. But I can hear both when listening to music. Is that the correct performance of the headphones?
Yes, in the true wireless models that don't have Dul Connect when on a phone call the sound will come out of the right earbud.
Im pretty annoyed with not being able to ONLY use the left ear bud but other than that i use mine alllllll the time haha

Did not work found a Manuel online that actually told me how to pair the earbuds. you turn bluetooth off and take them out of the case press and hold them to turn them off. then you press the right earbud 15+ seconds until it flashed blue and whit and let go when it flashes white. then you do the same for the left earbud until it is solid white and then you can connect to Bluetooth.

Hey, my Jbuds Epic Air 1st Gen stopped working correctly, the right ear bud dies in under 6 minutes, I constantly reset them back in case and reconnect.
I have had them do some wonky things in the past like spontaneously come back to life after charging from the case to my phone made it get kinda hot and it wouldn't charge for a week, no battery indicator light for awhile. Little things served me well before the battery crapped. $100 down the drain.. I tried messaging support 2-3 but they wouldn't give me a straight answer.
How long did you have them before crappage, and don't they have a 2 year warranty?

That’s intentional. The right earbud is the master earbud, so if you want to use one, place the left in the case
For those wondering why there left earbud won't pair, Jlabs is BLATANTLY lying about them being "True Wireless" or just completely changed what consumers thought it meant. Don't expect both buds to pair just because it says that, now we need to demand an actual definition from the scam artist.
