Long story short; the cord at the bottom is a usb and can be plugged into a laptop, computer, or basic charging block/square(just be careful not to snap it off since it’s thinner than most usb)The headphones charge when they’re in the case.

Thank you thank you for this! I had never seen a charger flat against the item that needed charging. It was a duh moment for me when I saw that I could actually lift it off the charger so thank you for saving me a ton of time. You're a very good teacher.

I get no lights on the case. Does that indicate that there is no charge at all? I just got these last week. I swear i have had them plugged in and got a light.
My case works fine, but i put the earbuds in and they remain with a white light, it occasionally blinks blue, but they won't charge

I just got mine a week ago as a gift and unfortunately when I plug mine into my laptop or in a plug that goes into the wall it doesn’t blink blue or anything so Idk if their even charging or not. Would you happen to know why that is? Thankfully I got a warranty so I might just take it back and get a replacement but your video did help when I couldn’t figure out how to charge it so thank you

Yk how u can charge he earbuds by plugin into your computer? Well my computer jus died overnight so that meant that I couldn't charge my earbuds.

I couldn't get mine to a complete charge. Two things.. I was using my laptop to charge them and the Bluetooth on my laptop was on.. the earbuds may have been trying to pair.. the 2nd thing.. when the case turned solid blue, I left it unplugged and waited about an hour and they were at 80%! I made Bluetooth was turned off on any device near the buds and they charged! Jlab wanted me to cut the charging cable, submerge the buds in water and send them a picture to get a replacement. Jlab offered NO tech support at all...
The lights on the ear buds are on but the light on the case when I put it on to charge doesn't come on

Yes you can. I use mine all the time that way. That way when one drains I have the second to use.

I got a problem so I lost my other case so I got another one and it won't charge

I thought you charge the ear buds by charging them all together
Charge the case with the beds in it. When it turns steady blue unplug it from charger, make sure none of your nearby devices have Bluetooth turned on because the buds will die from trying to pair with other devices). Leave the buds in the case (it charges them without being plugged in) for a few hours.. mine are at 80% now.. I haven't veen able to get them over 30% all week!!

These earbuds kind of suck. They cost me like 40 bucks brand new and they are so finicky when it comes to charging them compared to the $20 cheap pair I bought which absolutely slaughters these...
