Thanks for posting the information. I'am thinking about getting one for my single axle travel trailer and the tires are set to 50 psi. Would this product work okay with this tire pressure and would there be a problem with just using two of the sensors?

Hi. Unfortunately this particular model I have only reads up to 44 PSI. You'll need one that can handle higher PSI. You can try one of these: geni.us/ArhQ0ua [Amazon Affiliate Product Link] With the one I have, at lease, there's no issue with using fewer of the sensors, as I've had one run out of batteries and the display worked fine with just the other 3 sensors until I could get a replacement battery. I imagine other units would work similarly.

Thanks for your reply! Think I'll check in with an RV dealer just to make sure I get the correct TPMS for my setup. @@ReviewedByPhil

    how is it now?

Good! I still use it because one of my tires has a slow leak due to a bad seal at the fill valve. It's too expensive to fix it right now, so I'm okay filling the tire up every two weeks or so. This unit lets me know exactly what the tire pressure is, so I know when I need to top the tire up. It does beep when it passes the lower limit that I set, which is a little annoying if it goes off while I'm driving as sometimes I can't pullover to fill up the tire right away; so I end up unplugging it until after I get a chance to fill the tire.

This is the one that I have: geni.us/m7mvI [Amazon Affiliate Product Link] It's not the most expensive you can buy, but I like the features and it has been reliable for me. There are even slightly cheaper ones out there so you can save about $10 or so, but I definitely recommend one that has an audible low pressure alert, individual pressure readings, and accessory port power, so you don't have to worry about batteries in the monitor. It's up to you whether or not a color screen and built-in USB ports are features you need. Personally, I have so many USB ports in my car that I never end up using the ones on the side of the TPMS monitor.
