@Vest Memes probably because they were first, so they could get the big votes
Knyt it wasn’t necessarily the big votes but mediocre votes. Most people were going for 3 or 4 since it’s natural for people to vote that way with the first build, which is a lot when you consider how many people were voting. Everything else had little consistency with the votes so people would start voting lower and lower as they noticed the pattern in builds.
Knyt saw some other streams where people didn’t understand the voting system and missed the 20 second deadline so it automatically gave a 7

@@sunio0o the technoblade statue in build arena was built by bajancanadian and captainsparklez. after techno confirmed they won this week, bajancanadian about 2 mins later said in the chat that they were the one who built the statue. which made them got no votes, and thus in extension likely contributed to techno winning this week (cause scores are hella close)

@@bobbywibowo one big reason for techno and schlatt's victory was actually their build battle score, because they went first in the voting, and this was the first build battle in mcm, a lot of people didn't know how to vote, which led to techno and schlatt's builds getting a lot of high scores from a lot of people as a result, because i think LaakeB or bajan said that if you don't vote, the game will automatically give the highest score you have. Techno and jschlatt got 95 points from build battle, just behind 1st place from xqc and moxy who got 96 points i believe. I think this bumped them up to the top 2 after that round was over, which helped them get 1st overall at the end.

Definetly the best minecraft monday for me. The humor was perfect, the team wasn't overpowered or techno carrying the team the whole time, and there were a lot of clutch moments.

I found out about techno through a friend of mine telling me about this cool competition called Minecraft Monday, he told me the best one was Technoblade because he can pretty much do every single challenge so well. This was the first video I watched of him playing Minecraft Monday and ever since then I would watch every single video he uploads. It still pains my heart and find it difficult to accept that he's gone. You will be missed.

I sometimes just go back to these, no skimming or anything just watching the full vod I feel a pressure just being lifted from my body. 4 Years ago I would always find a way to get into the streams when they were live even skipping a few class I was in highschool. Chat was moving a million miles a minute; I wouldn’t say anything (not that he would read chat much either) but the feeling I got watching it live was more than worth it this stuff made me so happy, and it still does.
Going back to one of my favorite Techno VODS. I remember laughing so hard when I first watched this. Such a great combo.

This is by far the best and most underrated duo in minecraft history. Like they just compliment each other and understand each other’s humor. Schlatt pairs really well with someone like Techno and never talks over him or gets disrespectful. I love them sm

Truee i dont remember which eps it was but there was an episode with techno and someone and the other sometimes talked softly and techno talked way less then normal and talked trough eachother when they talked. Was like very bad communication xD and then this one is epic
