A problem I created when I first started was doing all of the lifts from a losing to neutral pronation position. Made me really strong defensively, but I had no offensive pronation. Took a me a while to figure out what was going on, but started training pronating from neutral to winning side and noticed a big difference quickly.
Edit: I say this to highlight how I like how you are pronating past neutral even in the strap curl exercises.

@@m90gaming6 set your hand like you would when you first grip up with someone. This would be neutral position, thumb knuckle straight up. Winning side pronation is anything from that neutral position (your thumb knuckle straight up), to your thumb knuckle facing towards the opponents pin pad. Generally, when you train the conventional strap over the thumb pronation lift you are working pronating from a losing position--the thumb knuckle facing your pin pad and your palm up--and a lot of people stop when they pronate back to neutral. It's always good to pronate past neutral to the described winning position above. The way I like to do this is getting a workout bands and placing it over my thumb, then have the band attached parallel to the floor and pulling straight back from my thumb sideways. I the setup in a neutral position (thumb knuckle straight up), and pronate from there to the opponent side pad, then reset back to neutral.

I’ve had the opposite experience. Full ROM pronation is best for me, however, full ROM pronation tends to be a little riskier in terms of injuring your wrist

Interesting you don’t worry about thumb based or wrist based pronation. Makes sense for your style in that you don’t seem to be avoiding the hook, caring instead more about index knuckle height regardless where you end up.
I enjoy watching the different top level arm wrestlers describe how they train and seeing how that flows with their personal style of pulling.
Thank you for your perspective sir 🙏👍

@@EvolutionaryE correct, I’m not against it, I just think training wise I go for harder way imo, bottom attachment on wrist gets trained on practice for me? Not sure but I like your summary!

Artem how much important do you think Is a Dynamic pronation Like the First exercise? It's probably the best for pronator muscle growth, but Isn't too much far from a specific exercise? I mean it's extremely different to what happens to the table
