That's NOT Ermes's sister! I can't figure out why Ray said that. I know Noemi Gasparini and she's totally different from the girl you see in this and other videos. This sounds really creepy to my ears.. 😱
My biggest problem is my shoulders. Biceps can handle big weight but shoulders can not. The exercises in the beginning are what I need to start doing again. Thnks for the reminder Lol
Thank you for this kind of content. Learning what exercises to do and why is still a bit chaotic in the AW community, so many different variations and opinions. At least you bring credibility and explanations !
My AW program is to do 1 exercise of each kind (pronation, back pressure, supination, side pressure) + some complementary ones. And also I do a more classic upper body day per week (bench, pull-ups, curls, etc)
Hey Ray, would you be doing the toproll workout and hook workout once a week (toproll Wednesday, hook Saturday/sunday) and then general strength training during the week?

Awesome video. What is your shoulder injury? Been struggling with mine too. Really hard to bench and internal rotation/side pressure is really painful. Been trying to rehab but still struggling. Good luck at EvW14!
Heavy inflammation of supraspinatus that caused lot of issues with shoulder blade (pinched nerves and pressure on tendons. All the external rotator group overworked. Now slowly getting much much better.
One genuine question; Would it not be best to train the external rotators last in the workout? Given that this muscle works to stabilize the joint, and fatiguing it before hand could possibly make it less able to do so. It will be activated isometrically during the workout, but going through full ROM active contractions as a warm up might lessen this crucial ability. If one work to strengthen the external rotators one would use heavy weights and progressive overload, so in my head it makes more sense doing it as a finisher.
Hello ray I have partially teared my flexor tendon near the medial epicondyle doctor suggested me to rest nd gave medicines will my tendon be stronger than before
The achilles tendon always is weaker after a tear. If its a full tear it can be as strong if its a partial ouch. It probably will be weaker and takes a lot of time. Just take your collagen gelatin copper bromelain ect. And hope for the best
Bring back this series like the past I remember 5 years ago only your channel had this kind content and I loved it ❤
Gracias Coach Ray for the training videos.
My pleasure!
good to see Ermes sister is there for you cheering you on !

@@SirTE0 whoosh !
It was ironic because after Ray made a video with Ermes and this girl, many people thought she was the sister of Ermes
As always Ray you are a legend...please bring back recovery/rehabilitation video series for brachialis tendon...

I'll be meeting you at east vs west 14, i got that VIP Package
Awesome, see you there
How many times per week do you do this workout?
1x
I like that table set up with the cable machine shown at 3:53. Where can I get one like that?
Armbet
holy man you're a fricking tank lol
Ha ha thanks
Where can i buy that orange handle?
Я хотел бы видеть больше типов тренировок. да благословит тебя Бог
:)))
Would doing a 1 rep max on side pressure worth the pain?😅 or is it. Better to get some rep work and slowly add weight to rep out?
In short better to get reps in. Quality good reps, not bad and desperate 1 rep max.
@voiceofarmwrestling ok, thank you for your advice. I'll do some micro jumps and slowly condition my elbows and good luck on your upcoming match
🔥🔥🔥
I didn't knew she is Ermes sister
Hey Ray, who is your opponent?
Ryan Balinger on East vs West 14
