Spinal curvature is flattened. Small anterior as well as posterior osteophyte formation is seen in relation to lumbar vertebrae with schmorl's nodes seen in end plates of various dorso-lumbar vertebrae. D12 vertebra shows old anterior benign wedge compression and shows normal signal with intact posterior end plate. Various other vertebrae are normal in size, shape, alignment and show normal signal intensity.
Various discs are showing normal bright signal on T2W images. No significant disc protrusion is seen. Ligamenta flava, ALL and PLL is normal.
Bony canal is capacious. Spinal cord, conus medullaris and cauda equina is normal. CSF shows
normal signal. No intra/para-spinal collection is seen.
IMPRESSION:
• OLD ANTERIOR BENIGN WEDGE COMPRESSION D12 VERTEBRA. SMALL SCHMORL'S NODES IN END PLATES OF VARIOUS VERTEBRAE.
• NO SIGNIFICANT DISC DISEASE IS SEEN.

Sir I had slipped disk which recovered then In 2019 MRI it came that schmoral node is there, so I got placed in IT industry and JSW Steel, jsw Steel is plant job so IT job physical back pressure is not there but sitting is there, whereas in JSW Steel I need to be on floor so physical standing is there so which is better as per my medical history

"Multilevel Schmorls nodes at D5 to D10 levels, endplate marrow edema at D5 to D6 and D9 to D10 levels and associated fatty marrow changes at rest vertebral level. Acute inflammatory changes in schmorls node. GRADE I anterolisthesis of L5 over S1 vertebra with bilateral spondylolysis of L5 vertebra. L5 to SE disc reveals diffuse posterior bulge effacing epidural fat and encroaching foramina.
