What an amazing eulogy by the widow of Johnny Gaudreau. And the tragedy grows as she is 9 weeks pregnant. with their third child. Sadly none o the kids will be old enough to remember Johnny. I pray for favour for Johnny's family and that his love will grow through is wife.
I did that at my husbands funeral! Don't mean to be jealous, but wow! She did very very well with that. Her last word was just as strong as the first word! and to be with child 3! very powerful!!!! These ladies gave Heaven a blessing! Praying that John and Matthew will have sweet slumber in our Heavenly Father's arms. I never met either brother but wish I got to meet and truly know John and Matt as they sound like they were amazing people. I knew Johnny "Hockey" was special after Calgary drafted him and watched his games with Boston College. I told people he was going to be a NHL all-star and most did not believe me due to his size. I proved them wrong! LOL What amazes me more is not his work in the rink, but his dedication to his family along with Calgary which I knew he loved. While I was sad he left Calgary, I was not mad as I knew it was a decision to be closer to his family and happy he had 2 years closer to home with you, his brother, his parents, sisters and nephews and nieces. I still can't imagine the pain you and the family feel. My deepest condolences for your loss, however he will be lived by his 3 amazing children which I know you will show what amazing brothers they were and continue the Gaudreau legacy in which ever way that is. When my own father passed, my Mom was left with the four of us, all under the age of five. We didn’t have it all growing up, but we had a strong mother who was and still is amazing. I was only 18 months old, so I have no recollection of my Dad, but incidents such as these give me an indication to what that may have been like. My condolences and all the best to those families. 😢

Right i was thinking about this too. Was supposed to be a happy time but some jerk destroyed their worlds. But when the day comes that she Is ready to continue on with her wedding they will both be beside her in spirit and they will be rooting for her and so dang happy for her ❤ may justice prevail ❤

I'm so sorry for your loss. This is a tragedy that was 100% preventable. There are no words that can make this any less painful for you, I'm so very, very sorry for this, for if there were, O and millions of others would speak them, over and over.
