    I'm making them right now but not baking right away. Thanks for the tip that not all GF flour is yeast baking friendly. Didn't know that and this dough came out fantastic. Since I'm refrigerating them overnight for a party tomorrow I'm assuming stop at step 19, put in fridge. Then tomorrow bring to room temp and continue with step 20, add the warm cream and bake. Is that right? Any other tips for overnight baking?
    Also, what is the benefit of adding the milk/cream to the rolls before baking? Thanks

    The ending was too quick! Rise AND bake??? Are these separate like rise for a set amount of time and then bake for 15min? Where is the frosting recipe?

      Hi Beck! The second rise happens while you are preheating the oven. After pouring on the warmed heavy cream over the rolled and cut dough in the baking pan, you place the rolls in the oven to bake. As the oven preheats the rolls rise for a second time, then you leave them in to bake.       It could be the flour you are using. Try adding less liquid.

    It looks so easy, but the explanation and recipe in your website is soooo long and confusing. You got to be a baker with some experience to know what you are doing. Thank you anyway, I made on my way and came out great. I recommend people to read carefully the instructions.
