I did this Onion loads and if you don’t put v boards on them and just strap it will crumble on the way !

They are told to tarp them but not all the way as onions breathe so notice the sides of the tarp are rolled up, this are the most finicky and poorly paud loads,right above cow hides,you get them to pay for fuel on the way back or if pass them if you are good on your budget.

Dafuq? I work for a large grocery chain, and onions among other types of produce are usually shipped in reefers set at 50° F.
