- Ingredients For Shawarma garlic sauce thoom
3 large garlic cloves with half teaspoon salt
1 cold egg whites
little more Salt
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
A cup of cold oil ( Canola Recommended )
1 Teaspoon white vinegar

Thankss. I managed to do it. But a question please. After i finished, the sauce looks a little bit foamy instead of thick sauce. Is it because too little oil or any other reason?

Stayed liquid 😢. I spent 10 min adding oil slowly. I even added another egg white. Didn't work. Same with the blender.

Well this is mayonnaise with garlic. The french call It « aïoli » . I thought real Lebanese Toum is without egg
