I wish more women who get these ridiculous BBLs watch content like this so they can realize its possible to get natural firm full glutes. Alot of them don't get that having fat glutes with skinny legs doesn't look even, its all connected.
Yes big glutes with no hamstrings looks so weird to me. If that’s the look they want bless ‘em and glad they’re going after it - but it’s so weird and obviously unreal to me!
That would require going to the gym, having a good diet and discipline. Majority of women not doing that. 😂😂😂

Just stumbled across your video. Do you have one for upper body? Definitely trying all of these exercises next visit to the gym.
I've seen people do a curtsy lunge off of a raised platforn or step bench before. I wondered if it made it more of a quad or glute exercise that way? I've watched a UA-cam short of someone who also said that if you do Bulgarian split squats and twisted your upper body towards the leg that's in contact with the floor that it would target the glutes more. But I feel every Bulgarian split squat in both my glutes and quads. I sincerely hope I'm not doing them wrong because they aren't the easiest exercise to recover from.
