A real life version of Danganronpa except with adults instead of a bunch of teens, down to the old blood in a room that shows someone else played/died there before them, the curfew, the weapon on everyone's room, the soundproof room down to the execution the only difference is that they don't die if they get it wrong, which i wish they did so people won't be so easy to point the finger if your life is on the line. Down to the way the first murder happened a meeting with someone who doesn't look dangerous but ends in a death ☠️ lol the script writer must have seen Danganronpa and been like how do we remake this lmao
I have so many questions... Firstly, how did the girl at the end know that she wasn't going to get killed or injured throughout the game? So the old man fake his death and nobody noticed? Why did the main guy throw the money away at the end? There is no shot I am just throwing a million dollars away Why didn't the person with the gun just literally shoot everyone while they were all together? Whoever had it could have easily wiped out 6 people in a matter of seconds I haven't seen the movie, all I know is what was presented in the video here and honestly I might have missed some stuff but I feel like this movie just has a lot of problems
I've got theories for answers, so take them with a grain of salt, but... 1: the girl didn't know she wouldn't die. She was there to make money just like they were, she was just more aware than them about the situation. If she died, the show would go on without her 'making things more interesting'. 2: That ojii-san faking his death didn't make much sense, but since the people running the game didn't bother to have heat sensor cameras or vitality bands and couldn't go inside to confirm his death until the game's official completion, I can see how he'd get away with it. Cameras are shut off once the game ends and doors are only locked during the game, so he can just walk out. 3: Tatsuya Fujiwara's character was a complete white knight type, which means he's an idiot who won't accept 'dirty money' after going through hell to get it. Basically, a goody-two-shoes moral statement. I'd like to assume, after the camera cuts away, the ojii-san says "boy, you better pick that back up or I swear I'm gonna backhand you so hard you go back in time, then steal it for myself. We didn't go through this shit for you to throw that like a graduation cap, get back to planet Earth!" But, maybe I'm wrong. 4: I don't think the gun with 6 bullets was originally a weapon given. When the guy suicided via patrol bot, the company gave their 'inside man' the weapon to frame someone in the name of making things more interesting. They may have chosen Fujiwara's character (was it Yuki or Yugi, I never confirmed? Yugi seems too on the nose, having Game as the name of the protagonist in a death game, but Yu-Gi-Oh did it first and worse, so...), because they noticed he was morally sound, thus wouldn't use the overpowered weapon in the first place and throw the game off balance. The real problem I have is that there was absolutely no reason to kill in the first place? They earned money per the hour, and it wasn't stated that killing gave a bonus, so whittling down the numbers only quickened the release, which meant less money for the survivors. There was plenty of food and no incentive to kill, unless I missed something. I see that the first death (caused by suicide) set off paranoia, and the psycho who smiled at his death probably would've been released and gone on a rampage in revenge for being accused, but I don't get why Mia went all-out killing people? What was she even gaining, besides suspicion and attrition?
@@ichigoeater that’s something I don’t get, your essentially making the people’s death mean nothing by throwing the money away. At the very least donate it to something they would want like idk their family
@@socketyellow3 Yeah, there's a reason I don't care much for 'morally superior' protagonists. They're too often written poorly, making them either hypocrites or just plain idiotic. And, they're very rarely fitting in a death game or apocalypse setting in the first place.

for a start you can lock your door via the bed sheets that seems like it should be more than long enough to reach that kind of handle and the affixed to the wall chair lamp. Another big thing is to consider the weapons not only as weapons but tools. Things like the iron poker could be used as a pry bar and a good knife is always useful. If you can sneak into other people's rooms to kill them you may want to do so naked so your clothes don't end up blood stained. Likewise always be sure to completely strip any 'victims' to search for clues or tools that could be useful. Likewise any kind of death game that goes on like this is most likely sanctioned by the authorities if it is on the open net to be viewed in the streets on cell phones. So with that in mind there's no help or restitution likely to come.
Yeah, I think people are focusing too much on trying to kill other people. You only have to last 7 days and not be accused. I think it's the same problem people have with zombie apocalypse scenarios. The best weapon against zombies is to not fight them unless absolutely necessary and have tools that help you survive all the other stuff going on.
@@kamikeserpentail3778 I think that the best weapon against zombies is to not act like in The Walking Dead: Random dude: Oh a zombie, I need to start cannibalizing and kill everyone. What a good start!...
One of the best moves to do in surviving this death game is to definitely assume the drinks were tampered with and refuse them. I totally agree with that.

I mean he did survive those other death games. Like I understand what you're saying but he very much did survive those other death games. He should be RUNNING this channel.
Issue with this whole death game is that it is entirely avoidable because you earn more money for hours spent in the place so because they find out about the money earned from discovering a crime fully after the first deathand there is a time limit. They may as well just stay there for 7 days and all survive with more money
Hmmm... I would say with this game... Why kill? Your paid by the hour. And it ends after 7 days. It is better for everyone to just wait for the week to end. If you kill people and end it earlier, then you get paid less since your paid hourly
That's the correct mindset, and precisely why they had to plant two members. Nishino's death caused everyone to distrust each other. If you suspect there's a killer out there, you're more likely to think, "it's better to kill than be killed." After all, most of them want to survive to spend the money, so if someone is out there killing them, lasting the whole time doesn't mean anything if they're going to get killed. Shoko was there basically as a "control" factor, which made sure the "game" would progress the way they wanted it to, which in this case, would not have happened if she wasn't there, since Yuki convinced a truce. By letting the imprisoned member out, who now had a grudge against everyone else for voting for him, the game progressed how they wanted it to. It's easy to say this, but when you might die, you'll think differently. And frankly, psychologically, even when you're not going to die, you still don't think straight when under pressure. How do you think the Asch and Milgram experiments succeeded? There was no one getting killed, they weren't dying and it was easy for the participants to "just quit" and "beat the game" but most of them still didn't.
You know. I'm not a big horror fan. But when I watch a Cinema Summary video, he always makes it not scary and funny! Plus I get to see a little of these movies! Thank you and have a damn good day!
I swear this guy plays the same character in every death Game film he's in (Battle Royale, Kaiji, and this one). He's a Nice guy, tries to save everyone, way too confident given the circumstances, and basically ends up surviving due to plot amor.
8:08 I think a better solution would be to tell one of the other contestants to come to your room and tell them that the two of you can take turns sleeping in shifts. Tell them that they should take the first shift, climb into bed with your weapon concealed secretly, and pretend that you're asleep to see if they are worth trusting. If they try to attack you in your sleep, you have the element of surprise and therefore the upper hand. If you gain there trust you will have no problems with sleep, and if they decide to attack you, you can easily avoid it because they think you're sleeping, and kill them, therefore eliminating one more contestant. uwu
Better plan. Dont kill anyone. They're being paid $1000 an hour. If it ends earlier because only 2 people are left. you'll get less money. Its better for everyone to not kill, and wait out the week to get the maximum money
The thing is if they try to attack you and you're forced to kill them, it becomes exceedingly obvious to the other players that you are the killer. And when they solve that little mystery, the robot kills you. Also, you can't be completely sure that sleeping in each other's room is allowed by the rules, so you might not be able to convince someone to do it. Additionally, if they gain your trust that can be a powerful tool, they might consider simply holding off trying to kill you until much later in the game when you're less paranoid of them.
You probably won't see this comment but I just wanted to tell you that your videos are amazing and I love them, never stop moving forward and making these videos. and as always, have a damn good day
I think the best strategy would have been to gain Shoko's trust and team up with her, as you can easily tell she's a nice person. The rules don't say anything about teaming and the game ends when two contestants are left alive, making this a perfect strategy. This should have been the first thing Yuki did after he armed himself. Now, immediately right at the start of the game, he'd have a valuable asset - someone who knows the game inside out and knows how to trick the others. With her support, he could secretly convince the other crew members that one of them is at fault, while slaughtering them using his own strength and her cleverness. They could even use the robots in the hallway to their advantage. Then, he could keep doing this until four in total are remaining including them. Finally, they could do a double murder and win the game. Coming out of the game in good condition, they could both make a good choice on what to do with the prize money. Also, the good sportsmanship of the duo could also be used to their advantage. Together, they look nice enough to convince even the most greedy of the contestants. They could have hence attempted to convince the rest of the group to just wait out the seven days. That way, everybody could leave with something. Lastly he could toss all of the weapons aside and plan, with Shoko, to poison everyone else's drinks. If the poison is enough to kill them, then that's all they need to do to win the game. They could simply wait for the next meal, poison all of the drinks except for their own and serve them. If not, then they could use the fully loaded gun to finish off the rest of the players. Once they're both left behind, they'll win the game.

The Fake Out: They fake death to achive life. 0-1 characters have the role. The Paranoid: Doesn't trust anyone, but is not composed. 1-2 characters have the role. The Alliance: Any group of participants who ally for a better chance of survival. The figurines are a homage to Agatha Christie’s “And Then There Were None.” There’s a poem that predicts how the victims will die called “Ten Little Indians” and figurines on the table. (New copies of the book now say “Ten Little Solider Boys” as Indians was controversial, and Indians was a replacement for a slur in the original copies.)
And before that it was ten little, more dated and controversial slur.

I wish there was a death game movie where one of the contestants is this mysterious dude who, no matter the situation, *always* knows how to beat the system and win.

I have so many questions...
Firstly, how did the girl at the end know that she wasn't going to get killed or injured throughout the game?
So the old man fake his death and nobody noticed?
Why did the main guy throw the money away at the end? There is no shot I am just throwing a million dollars away
Why didn't the person with the gun just literally shoot everyone while they were all together? Whoever had it could have easily wiped out 6 people in a matter of seconds
I haven't seen the movie, all I know is what was presented in the video here and honestly I might have missed some stuff but I feel like this movie just has a lot of problems
Yeah the last girl thing made absolutely no sense 😭
Yeah idk maybe my morals aren’t super high but once I have that money I’m not going to care where it came from I’m keeping it
I've got theories for answers, so take them with a grain of salt, but...

0:18 Hey, he played Light in the live action Death Note Movie a couple years ago.
That’s what I was thinking!
for a start you can lock your door via the bed sheets that seems like it should be more than long enough to reach that kind of handle and the affixed to the wall chair lamp.

Hmmm... I would say with this game... Why kill?
Your paid by the hour.
And it ends after 7 days.
It is better for everyone to just wait for the week to end.
If you kill people and end it earlier, then you get paid less since your paid hourly
unless they kill the 2 insiders they are gonna frame people, cause suspicion, and I doubt the guy in jail wanted to keep everyone alive
EXACTLY
Throwing that bag of money isn't gonna bring em back, I'd rather drive to therapy in a Mercedes.

also the man: ah shit, here we go again
8:08 I think a better solution would be to tell one of the other contestants to come to your room and tell them that the two of you can take turns sleeping in shifts. Tell them that they should take the first shift, climb into bed with your weapon concealed secretly, and pretend that you're asleep to see if they are worth trusting. If they try to attack you in your sleep, you have the element of surprise and therefore the upper hand. If you gain there trust you will have no problems with sleep, and if they decide to attack you, you can easily avoid it because they think you're sleeping, and kill them, therefore eliminating one more contestant. uwu
Wtf was the uwu?
@@peanutbutterman411 they came up w/ a whole ass battle plan and the only thing you got out of that was UwU?
Yeah I'm not sure about this plan?
*Sees uwu*
I'm 100% in!
21:34 that’s the most ridiculous plot armor I’ve seen on protagonist in a while. That woman just missed from 0,5 meter range 😂😂😂

The best thing I've seen today

Double Agent: Works for the people who made the death game, or is in charge themselves. 0-2 characters have the role.
Murderer: The person who tries to kill the others. 1-2 characters have a role.
The Fake Out: They fake death to achive life. 0-1 characters have the role.
The Paranoid: Doesn't trust anyone, but is not composed. 1-2 characters have the role.
The Alliance: Any group of participants who ally for a better chance of survival.
The Leader: Tries to take charge in both a forceful or composed way, in order to benefit either himself or other participants.
Side Characters: Everyone else in the game.
Which one are you?
