Thank you. I like the real time of your water color painting. Just a small painting but as a beginner in watercolor I learn a lot how to mix color from the three basic color to get the right color, with right value and tone. Also how you add color or lift it up. This make me have better understanding to work with aquarel paint. Thank you again.

I feel that way about a lot of the mediums at which I excel, but I am far too critical of my novice watercolor work and don't have enough of those joyful moments yet, but I am learning to develop the wonder and awestruck spirit that you exude, as I practice and improve! ❤

Hi from South Africa. I just painted this beautiful cosmos flower following along your tutorial n I’m pleased with the results. Not exactly the same as yours but pretty decent enough. Such a pity I can’t get ur brushes out here though. Too expensive for us with the exchange rate. But a wonderful tutorial as always. 👍🌸🌸

It's a beautiful work! Thank you. Why do you use soap for the first brush, when you use masking fluid? Thank you
The soap is used so it fills the brush. That means the masking fluid stays only on top of the bristles and then it is easier to wash it off. I damaged few brushes with masking fluid even I washed it immediattely. So I was happy to find this ussefull trick.

Where to you put the reference pic
By putting soap on the brush, then masking fluid, will the masking fluid wash off the brush and not leave it stiff?
I saw him do that and was equally curious and excited by this idea. I love using the masking fluid but I've never heard of using soap on the brush first! Is it a "special" or brand of soap? Thanks so much for your response sir. Loré Kingsbury Palm Desert
How do you clean those contaminated colors, or do you get colors for this particular painting.
How do you wash the resist out of your brush? And is it the same brush that you are painting with ? Or are you using two different brushes. ?

Hi, Using enough soap on brush, and Mask fluid, (where to get this mask fluid, / The soap you are using is ordinary soap/ special soap) Please explain
Please check out Anna Buccirealli how to paint a flower. Instead of masking and pulling off the paint what you put down and other extra work she paints negative spaces, starts out with lighter color and paints darker color around the stems and leaves. Her colors are gorgeous.

I did not here what you said when you was putting the white liquid paint with the soap on , what was it called?
Masking fluid. The soap is so the brush won't get ruined.
It would be nice if you could add a link to the reference photo. It’s a bit too small to see clearly.
😊Did you use the Artiza paper or the Arches in this tutorial? The video shows Artiza, but your materials says Arches
