Why don't these companies get together and come up with a mount they can all agree on. Or here's a better idea have threaded inserts on the slide that the end used can remove or add posts to suit their optic.
The vulcan is also great for shooting from unorthodox positions, under a car etc.

I carry a 43x I went to get the slide cut the guy knows me by now and he said don't cut the slide just get a m.o.s version so I did I got a shield rmsc it pops right in

Do I need a baseplate for Vulcan or carry?
Yes. The carry comes w one but you’ll need shorter screws. We have them all on our site
Green or red? I seen in the article all the pros for green, but not red. Does that mean you all prefer green by far?
Also holosun will send you the correct length bolts for the 43x MOS for free if you email them.
Nothing wrong w red at all. It’s just green has some advantages. But to some ppl those don’t matter. I’m fine with either of them.
