One of my great viewers, Sammy, was kind enough to send me this GORGEOUS set out of the kindness of his heart. I had been wanting this for awhile, but I never pull the trigger.
Thanks to Sammy, I now own this beauty.
We’re gonna go over the entire set and bask in all of its glory.

Unbelievably, I'm a huge FRIDAY fan & I don't have this box set. BTW Part 3 is my favorite too! I saw it in theaters when I was 11 years old in 1982. Great memories.

@@jumbome7420 It was fantastic! It blew my 11 yr old mind & scared the hell outta me. Every once in a while it plays down here & the 3D still holds up. However, the cheesy dialogue nit so much. The last time I saw it @ a theater in 3D was 2017.

Sweet, honestly I love my Friday set. I did sent back part 3 and S F replaced it no problem. Part 3 and pat 9 . The set is awesome. Part 3 is my favorite .

Ironically enough I don’t even own this set, yet I dropped fifty bucks on the lithograph poster. However, I can live with the 2013 release.

I was very fortunate to get this box set which was three years ago and it is a really cool set. But I really wish if I had the Halloween box set but the problem is I can’t get it now because it’s going for way too much money. And people are selling it on eBay for thousands of dollars and I’m in no position unfortunately to be spending too much money. I remember a long time ago I came across the box set at FYE and I feel like such an idiot because I had an opportunity to get it but I didn’t and now I feel like it’s too late. But I’ll hold onto the box set for a little while longer and then when it starts to go up in value then I’ll decide if I want to sell it or not.
I bought mine through deep discount and got it for under $100 week of release. Planning to do the same for the Halloween set this year. It’s already under$100 if it is your first order from them.
I personally love part 3,7,8 &2 the most with Freddy v jason up there. I don’t mind the remake but it is imo not as good as the original. People like to say the original is bland but Sean directed that film well with everything in it being now a horror cliche but he started it.
I have a soft spot for the original. No shame in that brother. I do think the series improved from there with many films, but, it’s a classic in its own right
@@TheLostRiverDriveIn absolutely! People forget that each film basically got a bigger budget with Jason x the highest budged of the bunch. From the original run.
It’s one of the few franchises that actually has films from the end that look better. Can’t say that about hellraiser, the howling or tcm.

great set love the artwork, i have it now next too halloween boxset recently picked up was expansive but worth it, just hoping for a nightmare on elm street boxset now 🙂 and if i remember right you have evil dead groovy boxset? 🤔 also one that looks really nice just hope it is not out of print already.
The Groovy Collection is awesome, but it’s a bummer that it didn’t include all of the films
