Just bought a brand new crf450rl 1st bike Ive ever owned with electric start and fuel injection. Wish It had the power of my old 85 cr500. but it goes pretty good for a 4stroke after the pipe and vortec.
Did the vortex fix the on/off throttle? I got same bike and it’s horrible. Been trying to find a vortex in stock somewhere. Everyone is way back ordered

I ordered a 2005 500 AF with Eric Gorr Porting built by AJ and loved it but hands down the 21 and up 450r chassis is going to build the narrowest, sleekest looking 500 AF ever hands down.

Kaplan do you ever sell engines for dirtbikes/quads? I always wonder what happens to a motor such as that new 450 after a swap, that would be a perfect swap motor to sell for a quad or go cart build etc

I live this bike but the maintenance schedule is ridiculous. If youre not a mx rider its not worth it. I would love a duel sport around 450cc with a tall tall 6th gear and a long maintenance interval.
