Every year since about 1987 i've been looking out for the next years bike. Either in old school magazines or the internet. Best thing ever seeing the next years bike. I had a 2006 KX250 late 2005. Best purchase of my life. Edit: Came in a wood crate with the bars off. Braaaan new. Backed the compression off 1 click and it was absolutely dialed, on rails, 5th gear ppinned all day.
I bought a brand new Honda FR450R. L. In 2022. I already put 4000 into the bike. And the suspension is the stiffest suspension I've ever had on any bike in my life. Stiffer than a covered wagon 200 years ago and I had the suspension all reworked valving everything done to it and it is still stiffer than a covered wagon. And I weigh two hundred pounds Other than that, the bike is great. Too much to list What i've already done to it The guy who did this suspension specializes in suspension and porting. We already talked about it. I'm going to take it back.!!
I want to ask you guys a question: I'm a beginner rider and really am considering getting this dirtbike as my first ever motorcycle. I know that a lot of you are already thinking that I'm crazy and that this would be a bad idea, but let me put it into perspective: I'm middle-aged, 6'1, 210 lbs, in good shape, and have a little experience riding a smaller dirt bike. Most importantly, I have been riding BMX, MTB, and E-MTB's seriously for over 40 years. I'm a really good mountain bike rider and can tackle blue and black diamond mtb trails confidently. I know that a dirt bike is much different in several ways, but I also know that dirt bikes and MTB's share a lot of the same riding characteristics. The first and only time I rode a 230cc dirt bike, I picked it up quickly and was ripping around dirt fields and even standing up while I did it all within the first 45 minutes of ever riding a motorcycle. It was super easy for me to ride it, so I am confident that I can learn to ride a CRF450RL, granted that I approach it cautiously and with much respect. I'm also first going to take a motorcycle safety course before I buy it. What do you guys think about me buying myself the 450 as a first time bike given my background? Please share your advice and feedback. Thanks
All it needs is a 350cc to 400cc engine, lower compression ratio, a wide 6 speed transmission, 3 maps, Showa A-Kit suspension, traction control, longer rake, DOHC, larger gas tank, LED headlight, and a larger oil resevior.
Can the mxa crew contact Suzuki directly and tell them what needs to be done to save the RMZ range could be a great bike if the development into the bike YAMAHA ARE LISTENING TO TEAM AND TESTING CREWS TO KEEP THERE BIKES UPDATED
These new 2025's have the first plastics I have LOVED on a CRF since the first generation bikes in 2002-2004. These new plastics look awesome, and anything they change about the looks will just be a downgrade.
I live in Indianapolis. Love Ironman mx such an amazing track look how perfect it looks ❤ better than cali tracks for sure imo. Love this new crf450r as well. Had a 2006 crf250r and a 2002 crf450r loved them both. Thinking about selling my Harley dyna and gettin another motocross bike i miss the dirt no cops either lol. Idk what i should go with though an older 450 again a 250f i weigh 205lbs definitely not a smaller rider
You would think all the money these bikes cost they could get it right from the factory but instead you buy a new bike then you’re spending a ton more to fix all the bull shit

Riding in the smooth map but was expecting more power. Huh? Put it in the normal map or fast
That's all you need is a weather man at the beginning 40% What is he like
I don’t think anybody cares but Josh Fout is my brother

Should we add a tooth to the rear sprocket?
I notice honda is trying to use less plastic so there is less weight but I kinda like more the 2024 design
The one thing im not liking is the smaller plastic. Need some room for sponsor stickers
Ride Red....👍
Get head

Firts look at the pipe, i thought it was a 125 😂
The side number plates are so bad, especially the intake side. Such a shame

So they’re all making a stiffer chassis…. where Suzuki has been 😉
Why the ktm helmet tho 😂
Side plates are hideous. Not a fan of the shrouds either.
Not really a test, 20 hours plus would be a test!
😍
