It’s so cool to see you back on a Honda! I started watching you back when you were riding Hondas and you really got me into bikes. I got my first bike last year, 2023 crf250rx, after graduating HS. Thank you for making the content and getting people and myself into the sport man. Good luck this season!

Your videos have helped me a lot. Just watching your corner speed and line selection i improved my lap times 10 sec in a week. I was running 2:14's last Saturday hoping to improve more. I have enough corner speed to clear the double double after the big tabletop coming from the back section, which is a leap for 125 power.

I’ll be honest, the KTM’s mapping switch is green when it’s in the aggressive mode so I just figured it was the same here😂

No they are not the same as a 2024 or a 23 model, the 22 model has a more powerful engine and more abrupt nature to it, and there’s other subtle changes to the 23/24 model which is a better bike than the previous models

Jeff, if you got THAT bike comfortable, you’d love the 2023-2024 model even more. They did a frame change in 2023 to help get rid of some of the rigidity. GREAT to see you back on a Honda. Also, since Honda started the 450R-S models in 2022, you can get a 2024 Honda CRF450R-S for the price of a 250R. Honda made ZERO changes to the 450 this year, so the 450R-S and the 450R are the EXACT same bike. One is just 1K cheaper than the other. I sincerely hope you have heard of the CRF450R-S bikes. If not, it’s easy to look up exactly what they are.

Terrible Groom job on this track….One Line only🤦♂️…I have a 23 CRF450 50th Anny…Love it & Hate it🤣…Beautiful Bike but I’m Not Used to 4 strokes because I’m a 2stroke Freak…I’ve ridden/raced 2strokes since the Mid 80s & Nothing Compares !…I Can’t Rip on my 450,I need Weeks of Every Day Riding to get Used to it….Glad I Have it tho🤑🦾
As somebody who has rode both, there is quite a big difference in character and feel between the 22-23/24. The minor changes they made improved the bike a TON. I have a 23, and compared to my buddy's stock '22, it feels like a modded engine with a better compliant chassis.

Did you expect him to never fall again? He just buried the front in the soft dirt there. Not like on Honda when the front would just skate on him all the time. KTM is definitely more stable.

Why don’t you look at coming over to Europe, I’m sure you could find a team over here. Lommel is perfect this time of year it’s like ice. You’ll be amazed what a few weeks of training over here will do for you. Maybe even look at doing a single race at Dutch masters or British championship
Mainly just the cost of it! I would absolutely love to, but traveling there, paying for a place to stay, finding a rental vehicle to drive, etc. would be quite expensive

That’s awesome!! Hopefully we can ride again soon. Suspension was crazy soft on the Honda, but it’s all stock. Otherwise I liked it!
@@JeffWalker84 Wow! I had the 22’ 250 for awhile and i sold it to save up for a 24 yz450f but that suckers front suspension would rattle my teeth out of my skull. Glad you liked it though hopefully they fixed it because ive always loved everything else about a good honda bike.
