I believe Fats Navarro on trumpet I think Dizzy is gone by now. Art Blakey on drums I would say Gene Ammons . it sounds like him The Earl Hines big band of 1942 was the first bebop big band
That was Frank Wess. Usually Ammons was the featured soloist, but from what Wess said about this session, Jug may have been a little too 'lit' to stand up and solo. 😂
