Not everyone can handle high pressure. Not everybody is built for winning.
It's not your coach's fault. There is a reason you are not a pro baller but a youtube creator.
Truth is, discipline grants you the freedom to enjoy life.
Through sharp, unforgiving discipline you obtain skills.
Then you learn to utilize those skills accordingly, via the discipline of work again.
It's not about fun when you're serious about a goal. Such is life, like it or not.
Enjoying the work only becomes possible after you pay the hard price.
I did not fancy the message of this video. But still, you raise a point and raise it articulately, thank you for that.

This is only a clip from a longer video on how to develop discipline. The point of the clip is not that discipline itself is bad, it's about how to develop better discipline. We actually even mention how discipline can grant freedom to enjoy life at 5:02 in this clip - Simon, Team DeepGame

Lol I know you think your somehow superior to this video bc you think it’s “soft” or something, but the truth is Taylor is spitting facts. And I clicked on your profile and Taylor was way better at ball than you are lol, I know you watched an MJ or Kobe video and think your a sigma male who’s gonna train 8 hours a day and prove everyone wrong. Maybe listen to this video and learn from the message instead of just regurgitating the andrew Tate- david goggins alpha male mentality bullshit

Rigid discipline led to me getting hurt bad, and people who had fun with the game often played better than me and were at better mental states
This is an important video that some people need, people who are working hard and not getting results they want! I can say that when I stopped destroying myself in workouts and started having fun, creating and using my imagination, I turned to a whole different player and I’m so thankful for Deepgame! Rigid disciplined people can also procrastinate, leading to not going after what you should be doing! I can go on and on bro but I definitely understand where you’re coming from

You can post a message here, or send us an email at support@deepgamebasketball.com. I'd suggest trying to narrow down your questions as best as possible so that the focus on them becomes more clear, which will make it easier for both of us =) - Simon, Team DeepGame

There's nothing much different you need to do that you aren't doing already. Trust the long term process, and let the results come as they may. Good luck! - Simon, Team DeepGame
