Wasn't sure about these insoles really making you jump higher, unless you already got that down like you said. Makes sense that these are carbon fiber, with that spring back. I love carbon fiber shoes, with max cushion, makes you feel like you're on a trampoline as far as bounce/energy. Awesome video man, good to see you still doing your thing. Happy Holidays!

The real question we all wonder is whether you will pair these with the banned shoes to see how high you will jump
The banned APL shoes doesn't work.
NBA banned it without knowing its potency which is what APL then used as a marketing strategy. After all, they can say
"our shoes are so effective NBA banned them"
If you think about it for a second, the design was flawed to begin with because they put the springs on the heel which is mainly for support. If you want shoes that can jump higher, put the springs in the forefoot

Man... This is the most honest review I've seen. Was going to purchase it but was thinking it's too pricey. Can you review the other insoles?

Honestly I bought them and I prefer the move insoles better and they like $60 compare to these which are $170,I didn't feel no difference except the move are much more comfortable and my feet never hurt when I ball in them,I got plantar heel spurs bone spurs n with the move insoles my feet never hurt or knees,with these the last 3 games the bottom of my feet was killing me already altogether we played like 8 games,save ya money,I didn't feel more bounce or nothing like that,if u want lift or bounce than just get the zion 2 jordan 37 or the best ones the way of wade 10
I just save myself $150 bucks
I've used these in the past. Honestly liked them for the most part except that they're heavy. My biggest problem with them was I could never wear low top shoes with them because they're too thick and I'd get heel slippage. Might have to try out the thinner silver ones

they take like 1-3 weeks to deliver, I ordered Jan 7 and still haven't gotten them. Apparently, the order isn't processed yet and hasn't even shipped.
I wish you had done a side-by-side comparison test with and without the insoles. That would have been useful.

Seeing how much you needed to jump just to get to the net, you are definitely on the shorter side and your small frame, looks like you might just not be heavy enough to make them useful especially if they are kind of heavy.

@@appelscha23 I’m 27 years old / 6’10 225 lbs barefoot & a 7 footer in shoes. Work on your core and proper jumping technique, vertshock is a great program with no equipment you can do in your garage. My standing vert is 27 inches and running is around 33-34 inches untrained. I’m starting vertshock now and gonna drop a few lbs as I still have a high body fat percentage. Once I get down to 195 or 200 lbs I’ll be jumping even higher. Way of wade 10 or kd14s with vktry insoles will get you feeling super bouncy too if you don’t wanna spend money on apls.
