      hey thats exactly the reason im here lol. i love hearing someone else validate that! i had racing thoughts trying to sleep and i said, i might need to exercise since i havent in so long. it might raise my vibe. it worked! now im seaching easy exercises for my future workouts.

    PRECISELY what I was looking for tonight. I SO appreciate when UA-cam search gets the results right. Either I've sharpened my keyword skills or YT have gotten better at narrowing down search preferences. Today was one of those days where working out took some convincing but I couldn't afford to skip, so I figured if I could at LEAST find a short workout with consistent movement to burn energy, it'll be worth it. EXACTLY what I needed.

    This is a perfect workout for someone like me who has zero rhythm and is a beginner to working out!
    I broke a sweat, but I didn't feel utterly exhausted. I felt really good afterward!
    Also, I could easily follow each step, which I have hard times doing in the more complicated dance move videos. Those videos aren't for me!
    I only had to change the jumping jack move, because I'm too obese to jump like that! 😂
    Instead, I did the hand movements and side stepped. Maybe one day, when I lose enough weight, I'll be able to do some jumping jacks! 😊

    My heart was racing and i felt so light and free and enegetic.
    Definitely was easy to follow not hard at all for beginners .
    I had to stop 3 time because of the sedentary lifestyle i never exercised since the past 4 to 5 years.
    There is always a start

    Just tried your routine for the first time and I love it! I've tried many others but they all make me feel exhausted instead of energized. I'm too out of shape! Ahaha

    That's awesome, thank you! I've played a lot of sports in ny life & love weight training in particular, but I've NEVER done an aerobic workout. Now that I'm finding less & less time to engage in sport, Aerobics was suggested to me for daily cardio - & I scoffed at the thought! But now I can see that it is actually a decent cardio workout having just completed my very first aerobic workout with you - I love it! It's a fantastic warm up, so thank you for convincing me ❤

    What a fun and invigorating routine! I'm no dancer, I don't know how to express myself physically like that (motor coordination has always been a problem for me), but I imagine this is kinda what dancing feels like? Definitely got the heart rate up, bookmarked!

    I'm chronically ill and have been doing yoga for a year, (the one thing that has kept me from detoriating!) and felt I needed to start adding in a bit of aerobics. This was tough for me! but I feel like if I can do this a couple of times a week to start I'm going to see improvements! (Still doing yoga too!) Thank you for this! I looked up videos and everything, even for beginners was 30 minutes. No way I could do that without getting a major migraine.
    Seriously appreciate this!!

    I am a former athlete. Now 60, bad condition, overweight, belly fat. This is my first day of getting back in shape. I made it half up to 4.32. Doing it again in a few hours.

    I started doing it twice a day.. Along with calorie deficit.. Lost 1 kg in 2 weeks.. 6 more to go.. 😊
