- Rolled oats
- Protein powder (any flavor you prefer)
- Pumpkin Seeds
- Hemp seeds ( or any seeds)
- Nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- Dried fruit (such as raisins, cranberries)
- Soaked Dated
And Cinnamon
After Making , transfer the mixture into the lined baking dish . Place the dish in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, or until the bars are firm and set.
