    I remember when I was a little girl going to Frish's on Saturdays and the Carhops bringing out our order to our car.

    Yes I will miss Frisch's - particularly their Big Boy, fish sandwiches and pumkin pie but they failed to change with the times.

    Unfortunately nothing lasts forever; remember the Parkmoor restaurants with their chicken-in-a-basket?

      Wrong! The Frisch's Big Boy sandwich ("circa 1947") existed way before the Big Mac was invented.
