I was in NYC for 11/7 - 11/10. It was the quietest/most subdued I’ve ever seen NYC. All the locals I spoke with were so devastated with the election results and not understanding how so many people could vote for hate, misogyny, homophobia, xenophobia. I’m still not in a good place with it when I think of what we could’ve had instead. All the love to you guys. ❤
Thank you for checking in and updating 🫡💕 Would love to watch you two do cozy things throughout the Christmas season but please pace yourselves and take it easy. Bless!!
Such an important discussion. Thank you! We have a friend whose son and his wife decided not to come visit the US for the holidays. Thankfully! They would have already been in Texas when the wife had to have an emergency procedure and we know how that is going in Texas. She was safely in Europe and is doing great!
You two are hilarious! Thank you for acknowledging the rough times we are living in :/ also, ALINE please tell us you'll be vlogging your time in Chile!? that sounds like the experience of a lifetime and would love to see content from that side of the world
Thanks for the update! I just joined the Working Families Party chapter here in CA after elections, I know they have one in NY too. They’re legit & y’all should check them out! It’s a good org to connect with people in your area that have shared values & a plan for how to navigate the political chaos that’s about to ensue, especially on the state & national levels.
Aline - You going to Chile is so fun! I am based in Buenos Aires myself so if you decide to pop over to Argentina, reach out :) happy to help you find fun and cozy things to do over a weekend or something!
Thanks for this video. I’be been having a hard time with the results of the election and what it means for immigrants. I can’t wait to see your cozy vlogs. Those have a calming effect on me.
Having people comment that you seem so much happier in [the place you go for vacation and see family] is so funny to me. Like yes not having to work and hanging out with loved ones you don't see every day does, in fact, make you happy
My bf and me drove to Yellowstone from WA through Montana and my God I loved Montana SO much! We might end up moving there some years from now and try and get some land. I've always been a city girl but the last few years I completely changed gears 😅 LooooOoove me some Montana!
Great catch up/q&a video! Really enjoyed it and felt like we were on FaceTime. Btw, I tried to follow Aline on Instagram(already following Michelle) and it keeps telling me the profile is unavailable. I even tried thru a second profile/account I have and it wouldn’t let me. Help please.

Having a single (as in not married) sister/best friend as a roommate is literally the dream. If you lived together forever I would not blame you 😂
Such a comfort watch. Thank you for a lovely start to my morning!!
I LOVE that you addressed this. Although I live in another country I still have family there and feel for everyone in the States.
Here in Australia we were all so invested in the American election and I was also horrified and deeply saddened by the result 😢 Sending love x
Love y’all!
we love u!! ♥️
OMG so exciting that Aline is coming to Chile! I hope you really enjoy it!

Great video! "We don't know how to teach people empathy" 😂
