@@biga6664 I honestly see almost no similarities between Death and death metal. Death metal relies on overly repetitive patterns, low register guitars and a feeling of "fog" where theres little definition between the instrumments. On Death you have much more creative riffs, more guitar solos, tempo changes, drumming changing all the time and perfect definition between the instrumments, you can clearly hear the bass. I see more similarities between Death and early 90s thrash metal than death metal.
