With my evening meals so varied, it’s really hard to get it in myfitnesspal. I always log my day up to dinner, then it’s a blank. So I end up guessing my daily total.
I'm a beginner and love your videos. I plan to be in IFBB in a year, bikini division. Can anyone tell me where to start? Just starting, should I be shredding? I'm not new to the gym, just new to competing. TIA

'Everybody is individual' - oh yeah not half ... 🙏 One more consideration if I may - the GI tract mid twenties is different from the GI tract late forties.. increasing P which may well as you say take care of satiety ( let's assume animal P for now) might not be suitable if it doesn't pass through the GI system. If it's plant based it might better do so, but if one can't access soya nor gluten then there's a restriction on the available sources of plant based P available.
Thanks for the advice I relate to that and thanks for the averages % of BW increase limits.
Another consideration for over forties.. inflammation and hormonal changes .. its nit easy but hey it's all knowledge and experience in the bag ..

There's lots of plant based protein sources that are soy free and gluten free. There's online shops like the MYLKGUYS SHOP www.mylkguys.com/r/NMATTHEWS that makes it easy to shop for any allergy (it's a whole vegan grocery store) There's also the brand of protein pea crumbles that I use that are soy free and gluten free (Longevebrands) Lupini beans, Fava Beans, hemp seeds, dark greens, nutritional yeast, garbanzo high-protein pasta, quinoa, etc... so many more. You just have to get a bit creative and eat a variety of foods. Hope this helps.

I'm a natural athlete. I'm not interested in taking drugs. I don't think is necessary for my division (bikini)
I don't judge anyone that chooses to go there...is just not for me.
I do compete with a lot of girls that do, but I also compete with a lot that don't. The bikini category is a very achievable look for a natural competitor the other divisions not so much.

I'm taking a whole year away from the stage...I'm 5 months in I got lots more time to go. I'm not rushing.
