I started playing this minigame in october 2019, spent 100+ hours on that (more than for the main game, and maybe even more than danganronpa 1 & 2). I didn't count how many tries but it's probably above a thousand. 1,5 year later I'm still trying and it's an absolute nightmare. I also tried using 3 different solvers and none of them worked. This is beyond impossible. I loved the danganronpa games before, but this minigame destroyed all the fun and pleasure I had with them, the devs deserve endless torture for creating this abomination. Congratulations to those who managed to get it, you have no idea how lucky you are. Me, I'm more confident about winning the lottery someday, or travel to the moon, than getting this achievement.
@@darkpromeathean937 Actually I finally got it last month. Unbelievable, because I wasn't even trying. It was late, I was tired, just started playing this while watching a movie on my pc. I was destroying blocks randomly, barely looking at the screen, and at some point my jaw dropped... 5000 points. I couldn't believe it. After years of using all possible cheating methods and programs, after hundreds of hours in pain and tears, the irony is that my one successful attempt was when I wasn't trying at all -_- But the nightmare isn't completely over because now I'm stuck with the dungeon bonus game, it's very difficult and I don't think I'll be able to do it in a near future :/
I assume you got it by now.... It took me about 20 tries to get this. I probably got very lucky, but I got it in the first game that I tried a simple new strategy - so it probably wasn't PURE luck -: always start from corners and break only 2s and 3s before discovering what to excavate, then quickly calculate a sequence to break all blocks in your way as you discover items.
Yes, it is mentioned in the rules: >>White > Pink > Yellow > Blue>> You can also look at the number of dots that blocks of same color have: White - 1; Pink - 2; Yellow - 3; Blue - 4; So it would be like: >>1 > 2 > 3 > 4>>
A100%hunter I can see this being less of a hassle now. The spreadsheets can also help (and I wouldn’t be surprised if you could use the spreadsheet to figure out how to clear the most area with little blocks left as possible)
It took me 4 to 6 hours to do this. The actual trick is to spent the maximum amount of coins to get a huge pay off. I mean, if you are going get that S ranking, might as well bet everything (and load if you don't get more coins then you spent it)
Not really worth it. You'll have to restart the whole game more frequently and you can S rank the fishing minigame very consistently once you realize the trick to predicting every third fish. After a few wins of that the coins are pretty much worthless.

Ive been there before man with multiple games but I always won in the end, don't give up if you're still trying.
