- Sorry for the late upload, tech issues! Here is the third and final part of my SEAT Leon drive. I've saved the best for last - the Cupra 300. It's the fastest road going car the Spanish brand has made, but what's it like to actually drive? Watch this and find out.

Good review mate. I'm picking mine up on Tuesday and I can't wait. It's already booked in for some tweeks as well courtesy of Revo 👏🏻
I notice some bangin cheap lease deals on the cupra 300 currently , hope to get one soon :D
Limited to 155, I've seen factory ones that haven't been played with, do 169. Which is mental. Tbh 155 is.
The grin on your face said it all... You've made me want to take one for a spin! (trim level seemed better than Xcellence, good to be fast
Top review again
What a blast. You sure had fun with the Cupra. :-)
Good review not many out there on the 300 yet! As far as cupra mode I wish the dials did something too but you do get some bits. The mood lighting in door cards change to red which at night does look good that's about it :/ As like others I can't wait to see AWD on a cupra but reckon they're saving that for something later..
I wouldn't worry too much about the price, as that's just an rrp. Spec cars such as the Golf R or Audi S3 up to this, and you're talking £36K, and with relatively small discounts that are on offer from those manufacturers of around 8-10%, it brings the price of those cars to around £32.5K. Discounts on the Seat Cupra 300 are running at 18% if you shop around which brings it closer to £26.5K. That's a £6K difference in the real world, so well worth serious consideration.
Decent review. I currently drive the 280 DSG. For me the DSG is perfect for the car. It's taken 6 months to get my head round using the paddles, but trust, when you're doing 70 round a tight corner in third and you need to shift to fourth, with the load that is on the front wheels I am greatful not to have to drive one handed for any period.
Agree. The interiors on fast Seat's have always been dull. But again they are the groups budget lineup.
I wonder what which car “felt faster”. This or the 308 gti you reviewed. Also which was better to drive of the two?
wow some motor that m8
please get a better microphone and stop the music while talking.

Should not have made it awd when we already have the golf r and s3. The cupra has always been praised in the handling department and never had issues using that power so another 10 bhp won't make a difference. Some reviews have said the fwd made it more fun than its awd cousins and even beat the golf r around a track due to awd adding more weight. I just think we have enough options with awd don't need another one since it adds weight and cost
The FR has the Eco mode setting, cupra does not have this ;) haha
do you missed having quattro?
Need to practice your gear change when accelerating.
Battery acid on your jeans?
