Man i got a cupra 280 DSG. This car got the power for his 280 HP and when i'm normally driving the car, accelerate a couple times faster than normal, it's still 8.5L/100km. Even if the Cupra is my first car, I don't think i will change it in the next 10 years.
@@wdowa94 No, you have no idea what you are talking about. 2.6 bar of boost even if it's absolute (which would equal 1.6 bar if you know what I mean) wouldn't give you 360hp but a lot more if the engine is prepared. That level of boost is diesel territory.
161 mph on that run, it has some speed. In real day to day driving it’s hard to ever get above 150mph anyway. This is probably all the car you’ll need aside the estate version.

Yes, it does 0-100 in idk 6 seconds... it's FWD, nobody cares.. handling is exceptional and fast rolling acceleration makes up for this. It's lightweight, basically no turbolag, it's quiet, it can be loud just enough, comfortable. Suspension is on point, great visibility, very good price in this category, reliable. Perfect car imo.

Absolute rocket. Love it. Subjectively, it loses out slightly in terms of its excitement compared to the i30 N, which is still fun to drive at slow speeds, but this is so excitingly fast... fantastic car.

There is a certain amount of risk driving with such speed difference on a 2-lane highway. Passing trucks with 200 km/h or more is simply nuts. Look for pics of a Leon Cupra, eaten by a truck, lane changing some hundred meters ahead.

none of them! crap engine crap transmission shitty sound engine lifetime is very low, counts for the gearbox too...i know 3 ppl with a brand new car Gold R and audi s3...not even 45000 km done...transmission is damaged in gold...and engine eats oil like a diesel...lol. the golf engine takes fuel like a tank and many problems with electric parts. other ones tolds me that he thinks to sell his car, cause of manyy problems. both cars are well known for many problems. dunno how it is for the seat...but i guess it isnt much better.
@cupracarmainia . Check him out (not advertising) it’s my dad and he has a Cupra 300 and has mods to it. So if you are considering they are good choices. As we hated the old one

ändert nichts daran das es das rechtsfahrgebot gibt und man dazu verpflichtet ist, es auch umzusetzen. das man nicht jede 100m lücke nehmen soll ist klar. aber es gibt genug passagen wo man locker eine weile auf die linke seite gekonnt hätte.

Ich fahre jeden Tag mit meinem kleinen ibiza, der nur 170 schafft zur Uni, und selbst da gibt's selten welche die schneller sind trotzdem weicht man aus. Genau so wie MN eine rettungsgasse zu bilden hat bei Stau.

270 from 300 is not such a distance and could easy reached with some tuning
@@nickem7 A lot of tuning to reach 300 km/h, it probably needs 450ps, that's probably upgraded turbo, ECU, intercooler, injectors, exhaust, manifold.

You have from 0 to 30 in a 10 increments, then from 30 to 150 are 20, and from 150 to 300 the increments are 30 km/h. Seems good to me.

The car is impressive. The real winner though was its fuel tank. It literally never dropped.
I drove it for 300km with 360hp chip... Using is as toy- Average 16L/100km which is impressive. 2.6 bar of boost tho...

I drove rental seat normal version of leon, and even though it is not fast, the feeling of handling it was very nice.
