  • This video is Part 2 of a 3 Part series. Part 1 I showed you the Jab and Cross Punch. In Part 2 I will show you the Hook and the Uppercut Punches. In both videos we start with a total body warm up that will get the blood flowing and your muscles loosened.
    Stay tuned for Part 3 where we will put all 4 punches together for some fun boxing.
