Thank you for the good video! The only thing I would change is to not show people rising their glasses and drinking alcohol as an example for having a good time with your friends.
@@GoodnessLover I think it doesn't matter if they actually drink alcohol or not - but the image of the glasses and the toasting, the spirit of this picture, speaks for me. And if I would be you, I would avoid that it could leave this impression to anyone.
completely agree, alcohol reduces vagal tone and therefore counteracts all these activities.very important for people who watch this very good and easy explanation, but are new to vagal tone etc.
Thank you sooooo much! I knew about the vagus nerve and this gives me more info on how to stimulate it. I knew about the humming, but not the singing. The cold water in the face is great! You are the best.
awesome content, vagus nerve is an amazing wonder....the adrenal is a separate entity i believe which is another very important part of our bodies ...great stuff thanks 👍
Great post my friend. I'm saving this post to review again and again. I need to get this information down pat. 💛🥰. I know this would be greatly beneficial to me personally. 💪
It's strange to believe that (electrical) vagus nerve stimulation is actually on the market, given the dozens of ways to do it naturally, non-invasively, cheaply and more effectively!
Yes there are, and we advise on those topics too! However, medical electrical stimulation of the vagus nerve is looking very promising for mood disorders and pain relief :)
It’s because you can’t manually stimulate your vagus nerve frequently and repeatedly over a 24 hour period to anywhere near the same extent the electrical stimulation does.
What a lovely, clear description of the vagus nerve and its role in stress reduction. Thank you! I plan to share it widely and refer to it in my blog!
Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed it!

Thank you, Angela! What makes you so sure they are drinking alcohol, though? ;)

Thanks for the video...I'm looking forward to trying some of them out...I'm glad what happens with vagus didn't stay in vagus...🙂
